easy to put together and adds storage to my bedroom

My 12 year old son absolutely loves this bed. We needed storage for his clothes without having to put a chest of drawers in his room. All of his clothes fit in the drawers with one to spare for him to keep other things in. It was easy to assemble and is very sturdy. He's happy, we're happy, this bed is a winner.

This is a great bed! I have a small studio apt. with very little room and storage space and this bed fits my needs perfectly.

Great bed for us, easy to put together, looks fabulous in my son's room that is decorated with blacks and reds, race car theme, lots of shelves, no room for a dresser. Would recommend it if you need a black bed! Going to get the cubby and thinking about the desk.

Because I have arthritis in my hands, it took two days for me to assemble this bed, but the workmanship is excellent; it is well milled, with all the holes lining up properly; there is plenty of support within the bedframe. I would have liked there to be handles on the drawers, however. [...]

Assembling the product was easy and straightforward, but there were many small parts that made the process time consuming. The laminate looks a little cheap and has begun to peel a bit on the edges, and product has only been in use for a month. Shelves work great and add a lot of storage space. The bed is sturdy and stable, and is a great deal for the price.

My teenager uses it. It eliminated the need for a dresser, which makes his tiny messy room, look bigger and roomier. All clothes fit in here plus extra blankets. Great price and no need for a boxspring.

The bed is really nice, but putting it together was a lot and the drawers were not even. Don't think I will purchasing furniture on line again.

This is the cheapest wood product piece of furniture I have ever seen in my life. When you think particle board furniture is the lowest of the low, then someone comes up with something worse. The drawer boxes are made of some kind of low density wood that I believe is Rhus Typhina. A tree that grows like weed in the North Eastern US. It looks good but has no mechanical properties whatsoever. A screw will strip right out of it if any torque is applied to the screw driver. The bed comes poorly packaged with wood dust in the boxes. That wood dust rubs against the bed parts in the box during transportation which leaves abrasion marks on finished sides of the boards. I guess you get what you pay for... Barely in this case. I don't feel I got my money's worth though. On the positive sides, the bed assembles easily and looks OK, if you step back a bit. Good enough for a 10 yo I guess. time will tell.
