I have owned this ebike for about a month and have ridden it about 20 times. I like the general like build quality and the battery endurance during each ride. The battery will last about 1. 5 hours of reasonable riding. The items I do not like are the knobby tires. They are wearing out very quickly. After only about 20 rides the rear tire tread is close to being slick. I also think the peddle chain shifter is of low quality. The seat also gets uncomfortable after about a half hour of riding. Generally, I am satisfied with this ebike but I will have to start replacing parts soon.....

When I first bought this bike, the right pedal would never fix into place properly. I couldn't get it to stay attached at all, and I had to basically force it, and even then it was wobbly and I had to pedal in this awkward, unstable way. The battery drained extremely fast and was practically unusable. The front tire wobbled, and the bike had no balance. I bought this bike for a trip, and I was forced to use it during my travels, and it completely ruined my trip. After that, I contacted the seller and Walmart, and they told me, “No problem, we'll give you a full refund and you don't have to return the item.” They gave me that promise. Then after a few days, I saw that the money never came back, so I contacted them again, and they didn't refund me at all and took no responsibility. They just said it's not their problem. I'm telling you as a friend: do not buy this bike, because they are not responsible at all, and they won't take it back or refund your money no matter what problems it has.

Received LEGOS. Literally an envelope with random Legos. We did NOT receive an electric bike. The seller is a fraud and Walmart is protecting them. Walmart.com has also lied. We've taken the package back to Walmart and they are no help. Walmart.com said they'd deactivate this seller and return our funds. NOTHING HAS BEEN REFUNDED. It has been multiple weeks.

It took more than 6 weeks of my time and item never arrived but the credit card was charged on day one and asking for refund still not response! What a scam!
