Pearl is the only ones I'll buy! I've been using them since I was a teenager - they're the best in absorbency for sure. I'm trying to get used to these giant packs, but I'm not a fan. I always end up with a ton of one and not much of another. It seems like some stores focus only on the multi-packs. Bummer.

This pack is good value for money, especially for women that have fluctuations in bleeding during their cycle. The applicator makes things go smoother at a already touchy time of the month. With that said, they dont feel the same as they used to and I may switch to a healthier brand. Good value for money though and was delivered quickly.

Never going to use super and they're huge

I. Am. Upset. This is reflected in this review. Since 2020, the price of this product has increased by $1 per year. It's a wad of cotton, wrapped around a cotton string, inserted into plastic, which is then inserted into more plastic, and placed into a cardboard box. And you somehow want me to believe it's worth $12 for a box that no longer lasts three months? Two if you're lucky, because this company likes shrinking the size of what's technically a medical product? You want me to believe this single box is worth over 50% the cost of a large package of toilet paper rolls? Go away with your nonsensical pricing Tampax and Proctor and Gamble. And no, I'm not cheap. I just know my worth as a consumer, and the worth of the product you're selling me. This ain't it. This ain't it at all!

Since Tampax switched to PLASTIC applicators, their product quality has diminished. The absorbency is sub-par for what they call "Super" and "Super Plus", causing leaks. Period. (pun intended.) The CARDBOARD applicator is far superior and continues to be, although is being phased out it seems. Wal-Mart does NOT carry it, and the whole reason Tampax had a cardboard applicator was because it was flushable (plumbers would disagree) however plastic is NOT in the least flushable and WORSE for the environment. At least cardboard is biodegradable. I will not buy this product again and I hope Wal-Mart relays this info to them.
