Great product

Jan March 3, 2025

Just applied today. We had 500 square feet to cover and used two kits(from what I read, it would take 1 1/2 kits. Went ahead and used it all to get good coverage. Looks great! Will give it 48 hours to cure but I am very pleased!

Happy with Rocksolid

William July 10, 2020

I have brushed concrete indoor floor,10x20,mainly used for a dog room .It never had anything painted on it but its 12 years old. I just acid washed it,then repaired several small cracks with cement products, sanded a little, then painted the floor.Came out great, love it !

Looks nice, it is a process.

TiffanyJ January 28, 2023

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time using an epoxy kit. I looked up and followed many tutorials before hand. Prepping the concrete is crucial to getting good results. One box is shown for up to 500 sq ft but that's depending on porosity. It would be smart to get 2 boxes as a lot of other reviews have stated it's just not enough product. We waited until it was a warmer day for curing and the application was really step by step easy to apply. The finished look is nice, no more oil stains and the whole look is just updated.

Great for DIY

Jfer March 14, 2023

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A lot of preparations are needed but the instructions are step-by-step and easily understood. Product seems very durable once cured. Any fluid spills are easily cleaned up and adds a little pizazz to the shop.

Satisfied with the results

Ravoricho November 24, 2022

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very awesome product. It's thick and gives the floor a shiny look as if waxed. It's not slick to walk on even wet. One thing to watch out for when applying make sure you get it used in the allowable time frame it says. It will become too thick and harden if you don't. Inly mix one bag at a time if you have multiples. I'd also advise using a better roller than the one the kit came with. The traditional fuzzy painter rollers are much better. It can leave darker or lighter spots if your not careful..Put the coat on as evenly as possible and very thick so one coat is all you will need. I finished a month ago and it is as shiny as when I just finished it. Looks great, am very satisfied with the results. Overall, very happy with how it turned out, hopefully my prep work was good enough keep it in place for years to come!

Great Product

ShellyK December 6, 2022

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This really does make the garage look clean. It is a process to get to that point, though. Expect to have everything removed from your garage for close to a week. We had some cracks in the cement and leveling that needed to be done before we could apply. You will need to wash the floor. After every step the floor will need to have time to completely dry. None of this is difficult or overly strenuous, just time consuming. The finished product is well worth it.

Rocksolid application

JP May 29, 2019

Watch YouTube reviews for sure. You will need more than what the box states but not necessarily twice as much. I used a 2.5 garage kit and a 1 car garage kit do complete an approx. 450 sq. ft. garage. Do not apply thin or the concrete will show once this product dries. Apply thicker and evenly. Do not use the included rollers.....buy the Wooster Epoxy roller from Walmart. It will not shed or break apart. Toss flakes in the air to let them disperse on their own. Be aware of the return policy. If you buy via Walmart Marketplace like I did, you are stuck returning the product at your expense, which is not cheap given the weight!

Looks great but tricky

River215 December 13, 2022

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product looks fantastic, however, it was our first time doing this ourselves so it was a tad difficult to get the hang of it. Another issue is that we already had a ton of stuff in our garage that we had to figure out what to do with.

Looks great

KrisU November 25, 2022

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't wait to use the Rocksolid Garage Floor Coating... unfortunately it's too cold here in New York to apply to our garage floor so it's being stored in the basement for now. When looking at the product, I liked the self-leveling aspect of the coating as our garage floor has some imperfections. additionally the floor can be walked on in about 10 hours and driven on in a couple of days. I can't wait to see the terrazzo-like appearance on my plain garage floor. After watching their video, application looks pretty straight forward but keep in mind with cleaning and drying time.. it will take a couple of days to complete the process including degreasing the floor, etching it (included in kit), patching cracks and the actual application. Can't wait for spring!

Not enough product included

Jerry March 5, 2025

A very good product, but not enough included for a small 2 car garage but advertised as enough for a 2 1/2 car garage.
