I love the tango creatine. I've been lifting for about 11 years, for about 8 of those years I was deep into bodybuilding. I can confidently say this is one of, if not the best creatine products I've used. Strength and endurance was up within the week. I also noticed muscle size increased pretty quickly, probably mostly due to extra fluid in the muscles, but that's definitely the point, it creates a more anabolic environment in the muscle. To be clear, it's not a bloated, watery look. It's more of a good pumped look. Also, the flavor is great. Not that I care much about flavor with most of my Supps other than protein.
