Tap-N-Go White Screen and Storm Door Closer

Works well. Wish it fit onto old brackets in place. Took a while to admit it wouldn't work without turning bracket and drilling new screw holes. ? Maybe a warning on instructions “will not fit brackets of older models (by name).

Old outside screen door closer device lost the on/off push device to hold the door open. The old device was simple to remove, and the new device was also simple and easy to install. Works great.

We have an older parent living with us that is mobile, however slow moving. When leaving or returning to the house it was best to lock the door in the open position. Purchased this unit due to its ease-of-use for holding the door open amd releasing. Much easier to use than traditional units that have the sliding lock washer on the shaft.

i just bought and installed this door closer on my screen door. It was easy to install and worked perfectly. I was concerned when i bought it because it was a little larger than the old one, but there was no problem with the size. Very sturdy. I think it will be great.

I know for my parents they are getting older and this product alleviates the need for them to bend down every time they want to prop the door open. The easy touch of a button without leaning down is extremely useful. It could also be useful if you had your hands full and could not fully extend the door without putting the items down.

The only reason I checked Dislike on Construction and Ease of Use is because the one I had prior the this one, the button you tapped was on top of the bar instead of the side. It was much easier to tap even with bare feet. This one is hard to do with bare feet because it causes you to use the tips of your toes to tap the button. Other than that it is great.

I love how the Heavy Duty Tap N Go Door Closer holds my glass door strong in the wind. I highly recommend this closer for anyone needing a quality door closer

there is a dial to adjust the closing tension but it continues to loosen and then Slam shut. tells me that it will break soon! This the same that happened to the last one :-(

The door stop to keep the door open is on the inside and harder to get to. Also, if you open the door too much, it gets jammed and you have to take it off to unjam it.

the item worked fine truth be told on the other hand the adjuster button was broken off and the product had been a return i could tell right away someone returned a broken item they retagged it twice and did not check the inside to see if there were any damages this is why i was sold a defective item i rigged it myself to make it work. not happy . not spending my time uploading photos this is taking long enough to invest my time on broken product
