Tartufi Jimmy Truffle Sauce, 6.3oz

This small jar ended up being the star in a very simple but decedent meal. I made some simple but quality Italian pasta and then added the jar of truffle save with a little bit of the reserved pasta water and a little extra salt. The spiral pasta was a perfect type to hold on to some of the pieces of mushroom. The flavor was mild but delicious. You could taste the truffle but it was not overwhelming. This was a meal that the whole family enjoyed.

I have only ever had truffle in any capacity in restaurants and really wanted to be able to create that flavor profile at home. This really allowed me to personalize to my own palette and not go too strong like some kits or sauces that come with a certain amount. We used it as a spread on some crostini with steak strips and provolone on top. We also did a pasta bar one night with truffle sauce and alfredo as options alongside marinara. We have been trying to introduce our kids to new flavors, and this was a perfect way to allow them to choose and try new flavors.

made in Italy and uses the black truffle in olive oil sauce! very rich and strong flavor and can be used raw ir cooked however you perfer on almost anything your heart and flavor pallette desire:) excellent value and provides a great profile of flavor that is very noticeable!:)

This is a very unique product. I am happy that they do not use preservatives, colorants, or allergens. This is a diverse product as well. This is a fun product to experiment with on recipes.

I tried the Tartufi Jimmy Truffle Sauce for the first time and was really impressed. It has a rich, earthy truffle flavor that adds a gourmet touch to pasta, eggs, or even sandwiches. A little goes a long way! Highly recommend for truffle lovers.

Great for pasta and more. Scent and flavor are strong so I wouldn't use too much of it when cooking with. Shelf life isn't long, once opened must consume within 7 days.

This is some good truffle sauce. I'm still new to the world of truffles but I enjoy putting it in allot of the dinners I make. Family likes it, kids don't even know.

I'd say this a taste you have to get used to. I did not care for the taste but my son said he couldn't really taste anything so obviously we have different tastes.its very thick and not too creamy. I like that there are different flavors available for this as well.

The Tartufi Jimmy Truffle Sauce was delicious on pasta with a little parmesan over the top. We were pleasantly surprised by how much we liked it. It was a bit strong, so maybe in the future, I would add some heavy cream and make more of a cream sauce. I'm overall, I would recommend it to others and would likely buy it again.

I was not blown away by this sauce. It seems to be quality, but is a bit bland to my taste. For this price, the amount was not as much as I hoped. Not a bad product at all, but leaves something to be desired.
