Tasty Ceramic Dutch Oven and Glass Lid, 5 Quart, Pink

I love these pots! I have another one a different color and they do really great! They don't burn easy, much room inside of this one for cooking a big dinner. I love the color red also, very pretty! The lid seals well. The handles provide extra comfort and grip, so you don't drop the pot. This is a great brand overall! Will purchase more!

This "Tasty" brand, 5 quart dutch oven is made with outstanding quality and craftsmanship. To my way of thinking it is a very nice sauce pan, but if "Tasty" wants to call it a dutch oven that is fine with me as it will cook with a diamond reinforced non-stick coating inside the pan that is pretty much un-scorchable .The bottom has a stainless steel base and large comfort grip handles that do not conduct any heat and a tempered glass lid together with a pleasant gray color make this pan unbeatable in looks and function. A lifetime warranty is a nice final touch, along with a recipe book and more recipes available on tasty's website. Looking forward to many meals being created with this impressive pan/dutch oven.

This is great. I was using an old pot to cook large meals and food was constantly getting stuck to the bottom. I dont have that issue with this as its non-stick. Its also super easy to clean and doesnt hold onto smells like my old pot. It cooks the food thoroughly and fast. I would definitely recommend this for quality, large well-cooked meals.

I am familiar with cast iron Dutch ovens which are very heavy. The Tasty Dutch oven is not cast iron but performed quite well. I made chili in it this evening browning the ground meat then adding the ingredients for the chili. Clear up was very easy and no stains from the tomato based food.

This Dutch Oven has quickly become my favorite pot. It is easy to clean, has diamond reinforced non-stick coating, a tempered glass lid, stainless steel base and comfort grip handles that do not get hot :) The pot is dishwasher safe, made with heavy duty construction and comes with a lifetime warranty. Suitable for all cooking surfaces, induction, electric, gas and glass top. This is my most durable pot and I absolutely love it! I made a pot of vegetable soup yesterday and today cooking some navy beans yum! I have used lots of different non stick cookware and this one stands a head taller than the rest. I love, love, love Tasty cookware! I already have the Tasty frying pan in red so this dutch oven was the perfect addition to my pots and pans collection! This pot is heavy duty but not heavy. The ceramic non stick coating is the BEST non stick I have ever encountered. Regular (Teflon coated) pots and pans always seem to get “dinged” in the dishwasher and inevitably the coating gets scratched and then the pot or pan has sticky spots. The Tasty ceramic coating does not chip so I can run it through the dishwasher without fear. It is also SUPER easy to clean if you accidently make a mess and burn stuff in it- it just cleans so easily (and again- I have yet to not have the dishwasher clean all my messes!) As well, the comfort grippers on the handles are awesome as well. They stay nice and cool and are comfy. The five quart Dutch Oven is perfect for making soups (such as chili) and the lid is very well fitting (and also heavy duty but not overly heavy). I am not sure how the stainless steel bottom helps, but the entire bottom (of both my frying pan and this Dutch Oven) heat nice and evenly; I think it also helps making my food golden brown and delicious! I definitely recommend the Tasty pots and pans!!

My 5 quart dutch oven showed up in a well packed box. Measures were taken to secure the and protect the lid and the beautiful candy red surface of the pot. The classy design and well fitting lid is quite well thought out. The lid not only fits inside the rim of the pot to stop steam from escaping, but somehow catches most of the steam that usually drips from the lid, out onto my range top when removing it. The lid handle and pot handles are made of a material that is cool to touch and easy to grip. So important for those who have issues with arthritis in their hands. I tried one of the “all in one pot” recipes that came with the Dutch Oven. I was so amazed at how evenly it spread the heat and cooked. Nothing stuck to the bottom of the pot and the food turned out perfectly. Clean up was so easy as even though the pot was sitting in the sink with not water, the food rinsed right off of the ceramic surface. This is definitely going to be my favorite and is definitely on my list when I go to replace my current pots and pans.

OMG! I have been waiting for one like this! I have another Dutch oven but I hate the cleanup. This one has a beautiful ceramic nonstick coating that equally distributed the heat ( I made my beef stew in it and you must seat the meat properly and to do that it usually sticks:-(. ) Cleanup was a breeze and it came out looking brand new! AND it comes with a little recipe book ( can't wait to try the taco soup!) as well. Love it! Will definitely buy more in this set!

I was impressed with this little pot. The first thing I tried was making cheese sauce in it and it worked out very well. The sauce did not stick and poured right out without leaving a mess. There was nothing sticking to the pot and the cleanup was super easy. I plan to use it a lot for soups and vegetables; it's just what I needed.

The pot itself is great. Heats quickly and evenly and holds heat well. Nonstick for easy cooking and clean up. Diamond reinforced coating. Glass lid is sturdy, has a steam hole, and both pot and lid have cool touch handles. 5 qt smaller Dutch Oven size. Attractive shape in neutral gray color. But the lid does not fit on the pot! It was not packed well for shipping so maybe the pot warped in transit. I taped the lid on the pot for a few months to try and reshape the pot but the lid still won't fit. Semi-disappointing.
