Tasty Measuring Cups and Spoons Set with Pour Spouts, Multicolor, 10 Piece

I recently ordered the Tasty 10 Piece Measuring Nested Set. Upon receipt, I was very excited to see the measuring cups and the measuring spoons are a heavy, thicker plastic, meaning the cups won't droop when filled with fluid. Was also excited to see that the measuring cups had a pour spout on each side, making it easier to pour a little bit at a time. Unlike standard measuring cups that are tapered at the bottom, the Tasty 10 Piece Measuring Nested Set is the same diameter at the bottom as they are at the top, so they are less likely to spill. In addition, the measuring spoons have flat bottoms, instead of rounded ones, making them less likely to spill, an excellent feature I have never seen before. Furthermore, this set also includes a 1/4 teaspoon, which is frequently needed, but rarely included. Another plus is the the set is multicolored, making it easy to determine what size you need without looking at the measurement on the handle. Finally, the set is dishwasher safe and the cups and the spoons all nest inside each other pretty well, unlike other sets. My one con is that although the Tasty logo is well imprinted on the handles of the cups and spoons and can be seen from across the room, you would need a magnifying glass to see the measurements on each one. However, the measurements are "raised" on the handle, rather than written, so at least they won't wipe off. Overall, I would recommend the Tasty 10 Piece Measuring Nested Set to anyone that needed a new measuring set.

Love these sets. Cute and colorful. Easy to just remember the color to know which ones I use. It can be difficult for me to read the small print on measuring cups and spoons. The colors help. I also like the spoons are flat on the bottom instead of round.

So i am comparing to my other sets ive purchased in the past. One time i purchased a measuring set and the labels eventually came off. At least with this set, its a raised label and wont be ruined. I would say a good buy!!! The one and only thing i dont like is the colors. BUt who cares. They are in a drawer unless being used.

I love the quality of these cooking essentials for my kitchen. I recently moved and these came in handy for my cooking skills. I loved the material as far better than ordinary plastic but hard and well made, The kitchen essentials will have a great future in my home. I have shown them to my friends and they want to get them too.

These are really nice measuring spoons and cups. They are made of thick plastic and come with a piece that keeps them together in my drawer which is in my opinion very valuable. I have measuring spoons and cups throughout my kitchen drawers and now I just have one organized set. I highly recommend these!

The vibrant colors of these measuring cups and spoons are just terrific! I can imagine that if you have young kids you might want to encourage to learn how to cook and/or help you cook or bake, these colors would definitely peak their interest. I really like the spouts on the cups for pouring liquids out of - some measuring cups don't have that. The only thing I don't care for is that there's no way to unhook them from each other, so if I only use one or two I end up having to wash the entire set. Having them hooked together DOES help with storage, though.

I needed a new set of measuring cups and measuring spoons, and I am so glad to have this very colorful set! It comes with 5 measuring cups in 1/8 cup, 1/4 cup, 1/3 cup, 1/2 cup and 1 cup measures as well as 1/4 tsp, 1/2 tsp, 1 tsp, 1/2 tbsp and 1 tbsp measures. The colors are bright and cheerful, and I like the low profile design, especially for measuring even amounts from containers. Themeasurements are a bit difficult to read, however, so this set may not be good for those with poor eyesight. However, I have used them multiple times already and really like them and how easy they are to use and clean. I definitely recommend this set as a helpful addition to your kitchen!

Overall, this is a good little measuring cup & measuring spoon set, however, I gave it only four stars because there's no 3/4 cup! They included a 1/8 cup which doesn't always come in a measuring cup set because while it's a handy size to have, it not that often that you use a 1/8 cup measurement. The 3/4 cup is a measurement that's used quite often, though. I'm a very experienced cook/baker and I know what I'm talking about. And yes, you can use the 1/2 cup together with the 1/4 cup to equal 3/4 cups but if they'd included the 3/4 cup with this set it would be an almost perfect measuring set. A 1/8 teaspoon would've been nice, too. The colors are bright & beautiful and the cups and spoons are made of good, hard plastic. I really like that the measuring cups have a spout, too. That's very convenient. So all-in-all, I would recommend this set but I wouldn't probably purchase it myself because of the missing 3/4 cup.

Tasty Measuring Cups and Spoons are a great extra addition to my kitchen tools. They are bright and colorful vs. my old fashioned metal set. I wanted a new set because I seem to scatter them all over the kitchen. I leave a cup in my flour bag, one in my sugar bag, and one as a scoop for my dry dog food. Then I have none on hand to use when cooking. Same with my measuring spoons, I have chocolate milk mix and a fiber supplement powder that have spoons left in those containers. Now I have this set that I plan on strictly keeping together for cooking. I love that they have a clip that holds them all together. I also like the little pour spout on each one making for easier pouring, especially with liquids. The handles are firm, steady, and easy to grip. The readout of the cup and spoon sizes is pretty easy to see. Overall, they seem to be good quality, although they are not as strong as my metal ones. The only weird issue that I found with the set is that there is no 3/4 cup size. I have never seen a set that did not have that. It has 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, 2/3, and 1 cup. It is not a major issue, but I just found it to be a bit odd. The cups are easy to clean, I rinse them by hand with warm water and a bit of dish liquid. They are stored hanging on hooks in my kitchen which makes them easy to find and to keep track of them. Very nice product for the most part.

Best thing I like about these is the good sized pour spouts. Trying to put some cheer in my kitchen and these are perfect. The vivid colors go great with the Pioneer Woman dish towels (which I love!) I do agree with another would be nice if they had one more size cup, but I'm happy with purchase.
