Well, you can taste both pumpkin and cream cheee flavors. But its not cheese cake, rather a pumpkin cream cheese custard. And its not pastry crust. But here's my beef with it: you aren't getting like the little box of Tastycakes. For that price all you get is ONE single Tastycake. Its a rip off, in my humble opinion. I remember when Tastycake was so much better than this.
