This style aquarium heater is fabulous. I've had many different types of heaters, but this design is great. And setting the temperature is easy. It displays the actual temperature, and lets you know when it's heating my flashing red. When it's at temperature, it stays at a constant green. I have them in my 75 and 210 gallon aquariums.

Bought this for my new 75 gallon tank, heated it from 55 to 75 within a few hours, the digital temperature gauge is accurate and was checked against a manual thermometer. Great value and dependable heating for our fish friends

The best out of 5 i have owned, the digital display and separate temperature sensor are miles better than a built in dial that only shows desired temp, not actual

Put both Parts ( Heater %26 Small Thermostat ) space apart inside tank .. 60 gal tank was 71 %26 whole tank went to 75 degrees within 10 - 15 minutes so it seems … Wow So Nice

The heater works well and is able to maintain a temperature you set it for. I have used a few of these in my small pond and it keeps the water at the correct temperature even when it gets very cold outside. Highly recommend.
