Easy to use!

Winston65 January 10, 2009

This is an excellent product. I've been using it for years. I also can remember when it was on $15-$20; however it is still much cheaper than Turbotax and some of the others. The Deduction Pro is very helpful in getting more for your donations and other deductions. I have found that Wal-mart is the cheapest place to buy it!

Great tax software!

cindybr January 19, 2009

This is at least the 6th year I've used TaxCut, and it just gets better and easier every year. The directions are clear, there is ample help available, and it always thinks to ask me about things I might otherwise forget or not know I can deduct. Online filing is easy, and the information from the federal return transfers quickly into the state version.

Excellent Product

ContentedMom February 3, 2009

We've been using TaxCut for years to do our taxes. If you're remembering when it was $15 you must also remember that neither e-file or state returns were included in that price. As the kids have gotten older, they are now using the software to do their taxes also. With 5 federal e-files, this makes it fast and free to get their refunds. We've never had a tax event in our lives that TaxCut couldn't handle. It is a very thorough and user friendly program. Walmart has the best price that I've seen.

TaxCut is Great!

KBDubya March 13, 2009

I have been using TaxCut for several years now. Easy to use, it does all of the work for you. You just need to enter in basic information and TaxCut does the rest! This year, I will be purchasing money management software such as Quicken or Microsoft Money. TaxCut can import information from these applications. It will make it easier next year whn I do my taxes.

No State efile

jrog February 3, 2009

The product description is somewhat desceptive in that it leads the consumer to assume that State efile is included but it is not. H&R Block charges you an additional $20 to efile your state taxes. You'd be better off buying the 14.95 federal efile product and just filing your state taxes online, directly with your state taxing authority (available in most states).

More Expensive

microlloyd January 7, 2009

Each year this product comes out and it gets more expensive. The problem is I have been using it for 7 years and I have saved data on my computer that makes it soo easy to use. I can remember when it was $15.
