Great scale!

WalmartCustomer September 17, 2024

I have not owned a scale in many years, and didn't know where to start. At first I thought I would need a pricier scale in order to get quality and style, but this was on sale and I am very happy with it. It's light and slim, and very easy to use. It wipes down easily and is easy to read the display. It also has the option for metric if that is what you'd like.

weight scale

janet August 29, 2024

with my mobility issues, I started to have problems with my analog scale and saw this was and saw that it wasn't LED either. It said that it came already set in pounds but my son had to set it and with my mobility issues some one has to be there to get my weight because it is really fast and once I get steady enough with my walker to look at it, it is blank. besides that, I really like it a whole lot better. that's my only complaint on the product, but it works really well.

All on all a good product

anonymous March 11, 2025

I like the large display. The scale seems accurate, I will know for certain after next Doctors visit! I gave a 4 because I wish the display were brighter or lit up. It is a good size just kinda hard to read. I would recommend this scale to my friends and family as it is attractive, works fine, but would warn them about the display.

Won't work

sterling May 11, 2025

This is the second one of these digital read scales I have purchased. Again, after two uses this does not work. I have changed the batteries. I have followed all directions. I cannot return to the store because I am disabled and depend upon my groceries and essential items to be delivered to my house. The reading was accurate the two days I utilized it. I step on it now. It gives a quick wait and the digital reading disappears.

Unreliable

anonymous May 11, 2025

It's hard to get a reading. If I step on it, it tries to reach a weight but shuts off in 6 seconds before it settles. It doesn't react at all to lighter weight items, so I get no reading at all if <50 lbs. The company's customer service was responsive and helpful. They sent a replacement but it does the same stuff, so not very useable.

Doesn’t work past 300 lbs, not 350

Catspaw November 2, 2024

A home care nurse helped me set up this scale and we attempted to get my weight. A doctor visit earlier in the week indicated 304 lbs. When I got on this scale, it wouldn’t settle on a number, just seemed to keep calculating. The nurse tried it and got a valid and correct reading. I got this scale specifically to track my weight knowing I was just above 300. False claim, does not do what it promises to do.

horrible scale--inaccurate and sketchy

anonymous March 12, 2025

ridiculous scale--i did all the directions exactly as stated but when i step on the scale multiple times in a row (balancing it out per the directions) it gives a different reading every 3rd or fourth time without me changing a single thing or moving the scale--not ok!

Defective

Kenzie June 29, 2024

This product did not work no matter how much I troubleshot it. They would not let me return it because apparently digital scales have a 30 day return policy, not the standard 90 day policy. Horrible customer service.

Do NOT recommend! Ive had this scale for about 6 weeks and have replaced the batteries 3 times. Will work a few times after replacement but dead again.

Innaccurate

Brittany September 30, 2025

After about two months of use, this scale started displaying a different number every time you'd step off and on it - the batteries have been replaced, the scale hasn't been moved and it is sitting on a level surface. The difference is usually a pound or two, but I've had it show up to a 9lb difference within seconds of weighing myself, stepping off the scale and back on. The price is cheap and maybe you'll get a good one. Unfortunately, the one I got failed quickly.
