This has been a fantastic scale for our sourdough starter. Feeding the starter is simplified with this scale, and is very handy that I can ferment in the same container without the need to pour into several jars that I have to wash later. This scale does it all in one and leaves only one thing to wash up when done. We love this scale and is a must have for our baking household! We also love this for overnight oats, we measure, mix and put the whole scale in the fridge. Don't fret if you like to make the whole weeks' worth of overnight oats, so do we! We just turn this scale back on, yes, it is tared out to zero, but displays the amount you take out for your portion by displaying the weight as a negative number.

I have used a kitchen scale for a long time, main use is measuring the perfect amount of berries for smoothies and recipes. Worst part of measuring Blueberries is they roll around and off the platform. This scale CONTAINS the berries and appears to provide precise measurements compared with my older scale. The display readout is nice and bright! This uniquely designed scale appears to be good for my sourdough starter, and I will be able to easily measure liquids as well. Thanks for solving rolling berry syndrome and my hat is off to Taylor for a cool new scale. Highly recommend this product.

This unique scale makes it so easy to weigh any ingredient, whether it be dry or liquid. It's a GAME CHANGER for my weekly food prepping. No more using bowls to hold foods / ingredients - the scale is the bowl! I can weigh each individual ingredient in my daily meals, using the tare function before I add another ingredient, so I am consistent in my portions (fruit and yogurt parfait breakfast, veg and protein portioned lunch, and various carb and protein prepped dinners). So many other ways that I could use this for baking or making salad dressings, portioning out coffee beans, etc. For now, I'm just glad that my food prep time was cut in half!

This scale is great for anyone who hates using multiple dishes to bake or cook. I can measure and mix in the same container, it has a lid so I could even store my ingredients for later use. I like that it uses a USB instead of batteries to charge. As I get older my vision is not as good so the bright display was super easy to read!!

I bought this specifically for my sourdough starter feeding, and it's a game-changer. Usually, I have a jar on top of a flat scale, and it often turns off mid-pour. With this, the scale is the container. I can dump my flour, hit tare, pour the water right in, mix it all up, cover it and just leave it to ferment in the exact same vessel. One less dish to wash! It was also great for 'measure-as-you-go' tasks like making my morning protein shakes or overnight oats.
