Taylor Candy and Deep Fry Thermometer with Adjustable Pan Clip

It is very well made which it hard to find nowdays. It is easy to read and great size for large pot.

I just used my brand new thermometer to make toffee, and the candy turned out even better than I expected. This model is particularly big and a little awkward to use.....But it did the job so no complaints.

Got this just in time to make my fudge for the Turkey feast...needless to say it was perfectly done and the guests gloated about the perfect texture....and that's only because I used this candy thermometer....

I use this to make yogurt and it works great! Numbers are clear to see and easy to use!

All I had was a cheap thermometer before and found myself with candy that was too hard or too soft. It so not accurate and steamed up inside and out to where I couldn't read the temp. This one is totally accurate, doesn't steam up, cleans up easy with a short hot soak, and now I have flawless candy recipes that turn out right every time. I must have forgotten to ready the size dimensions, or there weren't any. I was expecting something much smaller and this thing is QUITE large, but no regrets regardless of the size at all on my purchase.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Now my kitchen tools are complete. This thermometer is not only a pretty thing to have. It is also a great tool. It is scaled for accuracy. It is just great to have and puts you at ease when proper temperature is crucial for an excellent outcome when preparing foods You will wonder how did you do in the kitchen scenario without it.

I am very happy with this thermometer. On the upside, it is accurate and easy to read. On he down side, it is kind of hard to clean. Nothing horrible, just takes a little more time as you are not supposed to put it in the dishwasher.

Should have read description better but it's really hard to work with since I'm not using commercial sized pots!

Temp. Accuracy is off 15 degrees! poor value for the money!
