This scale is beautiful in appearance and basic in its functions which is exactly as I wanted. I don't need to know my bmi, or how my weight today compares to my previous weigh in. I have never seen such an attractive scale and am thrilled to have found this online. I saw this scale in their store in a gray finish but online is the only way to find the champagne color. Delivery was swift and extremely well packaged. I'm pleased in many ways. I weighed myself prior to going to a doctor appointment and my scale registered the same number as the doctors scale, so I'd rate the weigh in as accurate.
This scale works just fine. I couldn't find an old school scale anymore and had to go digital. So, I can't really compare it to other digital scales. I don't like that it needs batteries but that's life.
I just started a low carb diet and needed a scale to weigh-in everyday. This piece was a great buy not only because it is a nice scale but also because the price could not be beat. The scale was $17 and change and is worth every single penny! It is a heavy duty unit, with a durable glass platform. It is a digital scale with a 400lb. weight limit and is very accurate. I also bought an analog scale to verify the digital accuracy and it is on point at every single weight-in. I recommend this scale to everyone that needs one!
I love this scale. I think you would too. Easy to operate and understand and easy to keep clean. Much like one I recently had but this one takes regular batteries which I am real happy about. The last one called for expensive batteries by comparison....not so good and after purchasing them the scale still did not work....even worse. I called myself "done with that". I am feeling really positive about this transaction. Thanks!!! misstypo
As long as you use this in the same spot and are still when standing, it will give you accurate readings. I have had it for a few weeks now and haven't experienced any problems. I like it and for the price I think it was well worth it.
The scales are perfect for someone who needs to see a large digital readout. If you are a big and tall man you hit the jackpot with these. They weigh accurate and consistent.
Very nice scale for the money, I was surprised. It works good and consistent. Takes batteries which are easily replaced and has auto-shut-off to save battery life. I am really happy with this scale and would highly recommend it.
Can't really say a lot as I just got this a couple of days ago. I can say that the scales seem to be very well built. The glass top is extremely stable compared to the Healthometer scales this replaced. Accuracy is still to be determined, but in the little bit I tested, they seem to be consistent. Consistency means a lot.
I like that the scale is very low, therefore easy to step on. I have arthritis and use a walker, so being able to step up easily is a big plus. Also easy to clean, no ridges for any dust to settle in to.
I picked the scale up at WalMart after making a special trip to get it. I returned it because it wouldn't work, it was dead. I put the batteries in that came with it. When they wouldn't turn it on, I went to the store and bought more. It still didn't work. I had my son look at it and he couldn't get it moving either. I was disappointed in the purchase. I must say it was a beautiful scale. I replaced it with another I bought at WM store although it was not as pretty as the tempered glass one.
