Taylor Farms Caesar Mini Salad Kit, 4.42 oz Bag, Fresh

This product is a 10 across the board. Freshness, taste, value. I emptied the fresh and crisp salad lettuce into a bowl, added the toppings along with some small shrimp prepared in the air fryer and finished up with the awesome Caesar dressing included in the kit. Keeping my new year's resolution just got a whole lot easier !

The best and cheapest salad, it has all the things. These are perfect. I like the bagged salads with the dressing and topping included, I used to buy the big ones but I don't have anyone to share them with so half would go to waste, but now they have these personal sizes and they are perfect and way more affordable than a side salad you would get at a restaurant or in a bowl at the store. I have plates at home.

I've been craving some Ceasar salad and since I'm only 1 person, buying the ingredients individually would go to waste and cost would supersede a kit cost. I loved that a single serving size kit came out. Now, when I go in person to shop, I do choose the furthest date out on the packaging for freshness and making sure that the lettuce is not turning that rusty type of look. I've only purchased once before and it was very fresh, perfect. Purchased two packages this last order for pickup and upon putting away, discovered, whomever shopped for this did not look at the quality of the lettuce, all the lettuce was turning to lightish brown. Yes, it was "only" $1.97 and could use it still, just had to mentally tell myself, it is okay to eat, since it was just starting to turn. It'll be covered in dressing anyhow and I did get "over" it. It tasted really good but wished the shopper did check bag before putting in cart. The 2nd bag currently looks ok, but will need to be thrown out soon. Overall, it is worth the money and portion is good for me. I do wish there was a tad more dressing included, cannot find the dressing to buy separately from the kit. The dressing that comes with it is very tasty. I added my own grilled chicken to it. Added fresh grated parm cheese, forgoing the parm they provided in kit. Yummy. just the brownish look this time.

Theses mini salad kits are perfect if you have a diverse household with different tastes. They are the perfect choice for satisfying the needs of each individual family member. Each kit cones with its own dressing and extras. I know these salad kits make my life easier. I can meet everyone’s pallets. They are a great simple snack for me. I recommend these salad kits hands down.

We love these salads because the convenience, portion size, and the dressing is great IF it is a fresh one. I have had to return a good many because of the lettuce going bad long before (as much as 7-10 days) the "Use By" date. And because I have to use delivery service, the shopper cares not what the lettuce looks like, and picks up bags where the "Use By" date is the day it's delivered. Just today, I purchased 4 bags of the Caesar variety that were delivered with my order. All 4 expired today (we can't eat 4 in a day), but all 4 were spoiled and unable to be eaten. I truly HATE to say anything negative about this product, because it really is good. Just make certain they are the good ones!

The core of the lettuce is always brown not very appetizing when it looks like that. If you pick it all out you have less than a half of bag ! It's not Taylor Farms fault I don't think it's how long it's hanging on the hook! Maybe not kept cold enough🤷🏻‍♀️

Pay attention to the dates! this lettuce was NOT edible. it was slimy and half rotten. i had to throw it away. i have bought this salad many times and love it. but this was either poorly handled in transit or allowed to sit out in the store. all three bags that I received were for the same date.. the day after they were delivered. Whomever picked it out, did not pay attention to the dates. YOU CAN'T SEE IT IN THE PICTURE, BUT IT IS ACTUALLY SLIMY.

The lettuce in half the salads was brown within 2-3 days after receiving them. This is annoying since I have my groceries delivered because I’m busy. I don’t have time to go return the packages. It would use the service more often if it wasn’t for these issues.

Ordered with grocery delivery and it arrived brown straight from the store and before best by date. This is the second time in a row for this product and for some reason the app won’t let me request a refund on only this one specific item from my order.

I bought two mini Caesar salad packs and my experience was not good. The first pack was spoiled — all the leaves were oxidized and looked as if it had passed its expiration date. The second pack was incomplete, missing the dressing and one of the salad kit components. The quality and presentation of both products were very disappointing.
