I mean, it's a salad kit. I am not sure what to review here. It's nice and good for on the go people, or when you just don't have time to make one, and just want a quick healthy lunch break or a simple dinner at home or a side dish when you make a lasagna or something else for dinner. I usually buy a bunch of these for myself and my husband. But I would have liked it more, if they had other salad kits without the bacon or ham in it. I AM MUSLIM, SO I USUALLY JUST REMOVE THE HAM OR BACON AND GIVE IT O MY HUSBAND , TO ADD TO HIS OWN SALAD KIT. BUT OTHER OPTIONS LIKE JUST CHICKEN, TURKEY,BEEF SAUSAGE,TURKEY SAUSAGE, ECT ECT WOULD BE NICE. SO,I DON'T HAVE TO CAREFULLY SORT THROUGH MY KIT ,BEFORE I EAT. OTHEWISE NICE LITTLE SALAD KIT. AND AFDORDABLE PRICE WISE AS WELL. JUST MAKE OTHER KITS THAT DON'T INCLUDE PORK ,BECAUSE SOME OF US DON'T EAT PORK!!! THANK YOU

Crispy lettuce, tasty fixings, pricing not bad.

Anonymous May 1, 2026

Watch the best-used-by date. You only get a couple days before that expires. They okay up to 1 day beyond. Don't wait too long as the lettuce will dry out to turn brown which isn't harmful, just unappetizing. The fixings are sufficient, and you get a salad that can be a meal just by itself. If you get them fresh, the lettuce is crispy. While more expensive than buying the components yourself, the extra cost is the convenience of not having to make the salad yourself, and container you could tote around, like take it to work (to put in a fridge there). Keep this refrigerated. The dressing is definitely not low-calorie. Almost all the calories are in their dressing. If you're dieting, toss the included dressing, and get yourself some fat-free dressing. The included fork is a bit small, but still works to stab the salad to guide into your mouth. I've bought before, and will again. Most times when I buy bagged lettuce, and after opening to use up about half a bag for a meal, about half the remainder of the bag gets tossed, so these pre-packaged salads are not much more expensive per ounce.

5 out of 5 stars. If you want a simple %26 delicious dinner. Im hooked on this ceasar salad. I have it for lunch as well. I would definitely recommend this! The only downside is that you need to eat it no longer than 2 days because the lettuce starts turning bad.

inconsistent amounts given, sometimes lettuce is overflowing and it gives no proteins, other times it has barely enough to cover the bottom and multiple lettuce stems in it, with reddish lettuce. very occasionally the seal i3snt sealed right, which brings apprehension to getting anything egg. even though I love egg. Walmart's are still significantly better than Krogers, or Meijer though.

Gluten Friendly

Kim April 19, 2026

Loved the salad and toppings. Plus, being able to eat it with all the toppings as someone who is gluten sensitive is a win. Every time I order my groceries to be delivered from Walmart they are always in perfect shape. Plus their produce is in better shape than another store’s with a green sign. Having Walmart is worth it for the groceries alone.

Best used date 11/14 brown and reddish color

Susan November 10, 2025

I have received salad mix 4 times that has the core and many pieces that are brown and red. I will not be buying anymore salad mixes with romaine or iceberg lettuce again. Each time I was instructed to bring the salad in to get a refund. Waste of my time.

ok for a zombie uprising

dan June 7, 2026

the freshness was so-so %26 Lettuce needs to be chopped up more and the veins removed or you'll end up wearing the topping in your lap, the fork is 1/2 the size is should be. and at least 1 egg not the pitiful spoonful for a topping and the bacon was soft gravel texture

Honest

Honey October 20, 2025

I like these small salads and order on line as I’m disabled so it’s such a help. One less way I don’t have to stress out to get groceries. However I have bought so many of these salad bowls and noticed all the dressings in the salad bowls have been expired for many months. So it’s a nice salad (usually) but the dressing is horrible and maybe life endangering. I keep hoping with every new salad the dressing should be editable but so far not so… that is disappointing.

No chicken inside…

anonymous August 4, 2025

I opened my salad to see only the dried end of lettuce where the chicken was supposed to be! The salad contains no chicken even though it’s supposed to. This is usually my go-to salad from Walmart, but the quality has been getting worse and worse. So disappointed.

Poor service from Walmart

anonymous May 22, 2026

Why are our orders always delayed unless I pay $9.99 for express?? Ordered yesterday and was still waiting at 10pm and finally had to cancel the order. Placed new order last night to be delivered today between 11am-1pm and now get message saying delayed AGAIN! Not pleased with the membership plan and can't recommend to others when the service is like this.
