Taylor Farms Everything Spiced Salmon with Mashed Potatoes, Microwave Ready Single Serve Meal, 10.5 oz (Fresh)

I never expected this pre prepared meal is exceptional. The salmon is well cooked but not dry. The majesty potatoes have great taste and texture. I had to get use to half done stringbeans, but it's just like eating vegetables. I have to stop myself from 3 or more at a time. I shared one to a friend. Now he is hooked as well.

This is Thee best packaged meal i have ever tasted. You can tell the mashed potatoes are homemade. the string beans are tasty. and the salmon is so goood and a pretty decent size. this meal is a 10 out of 10 for me. i even let my child try everything and she has asked me to also order some for her.

I am absolutely obsessed with this salmon. It is very tasty and for less than $6 a really great deal. I try to buy it once a week, but it is often out of stock. Walmart's precooked meals have really been hit or miss for me, but this one knocks it out of the park. The salmon is tender and has a great texture, and I don't even like asparagus, but I like it here. Worth noting, this is strongly seasoned, and I know that is not everyone's taste. There is also a lot of butter but it is still much healthier than your typical frozen dinner.

This salmon meal was Marketside in the past. I loved it then %26 bought at least one almost every week. The Marketside garlic mashed potatoes were so creamy %26 great flavor. Taylor Farms lacks texture %26 flavor all the way around compared to the previous version.

The salmon was good. The mashed potatoes were a bit soupy but tasty, The green beans were tough, almost woody. I have purchased this meal several times and the green beans are always unpleasant. Unless they change the vegetable, I won't be buying this again.

This meal used to be amazing - I happily paid the $5.99 because it was quick, tasty, healthy, and the ingredient list didn't scare me. Now I am very sad about the current state of this meal - I used to go out of my way to go to a Walmart that had it available, but not anymore :( Unfortunately, the product has gone through changes and it is an inferior version of the previous salmon meal. It is the perfect example of shrinkflation - less product, worse quality, and somehow a higher price. This equals less value for the customer and higher profit for the company. I would have happily paid the $6.54 if improvements were made, but there wasn't much to improve on! Everything still tastes okay - the salmon and mashed potatoes have less flavor than they used to. The portion of potatoes has also decreased considerably, which can be reflected in the decreased calorie amount (330 now vs. 400 previously). Green beans have always needed some improvement because they aren't very tender, and that is still the case. Overall, I am really disappointed in the changes and won't be purchasing this meal for the foreseeable future unless the company goes back and makes the price increase worth it.

Everything Spiced Salmon was an excellent meal. In the past couple months it has gone through three name changes: Marketside, Kitchen Table, and today Taylor Farms. The price keeps going up, the meal drops in quality. Today, my meal looks as though it has gone through a tumble dryer cycle, 2/3 of the previous quantity of mashed potatoes are missing (as reflected in the calorie count on the meal label dropping) and the quality of the potatoes has dropped dramatically. To make matters worse, the label is no longer easily removable for microwaving. Sorry, Walmart. This is a fail in its current state. Two months ago it was a five-star deli meal.

This meal was delivered. All contents were mushed together on one side, less than half full. I removed the salmon which still had potatoes stuck to it and it weighed 2.4 ounces. There were about six green beans and a lot of mashed potatoes. Then there was a hole in the plastic. I know you're supposed bent it before warming, but not before purchasing. I will not be buying again. Almost six dollars!

I am super disappointed that these Taylor Farms meals replaced so many of the Marketside meals, most specifically, the salmon/mashed potatoes/green beans one. The seasoning and potatoes were so much better in the Marketside meal, and this one is more expensive. I am fairly confident the link from the old Marketside meal takes me directly to this Taylor Farms version; it is very misleading to portray this as the same product. I find this version not at all to my taste, as compared to the Marketside one, and I am certain that many of the five-star reviews are actually meant for the Marketside veision.

This used to be my favorite premade meal. I loved it so much that I would eat it every day, sometimes multiple times a day. Over the past few months, the packaging has changed several times, but the taste stayed consistent until now. I had seen others complain about the green beans, but they never bothered me until this change. Now I understand why people have boycotted this vegetable. Instead of improving the meal, they have doubled the amount of these awful green beans and cut the mashed potatoes in half. At this point, this meal is not even worth half of what they are charging. Please change it back. Stop fixing things that were not broken.
