Everything I've bought from Taylor Farms, has been good and fresh. Unless the store doesn't remove out of date items, and then they get grabbed it up and deliver expired products to me when I place my online order. Otherwise, all their products are really, very delicious and fresh.
The vegetables were fresh the way it was arranged was pleasant to look at having the ranch dip in the center to use is an absolutely great thing it saves tim the vegetables were fresh the way it was arranged was pleasant to look at having the ranch dip in the center to use is an absolutely great thing i
I love the convenience of having raw veggies in the fridge for a quick snack. The only issue is the quality is inconsistent. Sometimes it's very fresh and other times the veggies aren't so fresh. Just pay attention when you buy it. I love this as a quick, healthy snack to have on hand.
Great except packing. BOO HISS! Sadly had to trash. Had to spend 42 minutes cleaning up the BTW very yummy sauce and all the perfectly cut veggies. I also must take the “bad” for this because my Refrigerator light had gone out. I was trying to get just a small sampling in the dark. So I MUST admit it was probably not the packaging but my insanity of trying to get something to munch on in the dark.
I mean, the ranch is not outstanding. It's just not. Don't get this thinking you're going to get the best ranch ever. But if you get this and think, wow, this is going to be a fun thing to bring to Mahjong night, then sure. The celery was slightly brown, but everything was okay. It was mediocre, I think. Not amazing, just vegetables. But good vegetables. I think the price could be lowered by ninety six cents.
They should never put tomatoes in a refrigerated item. They taste bitter after refrigeration. The celery is sometimes dry at the ends. If I don't want to make a salad, but we need veggies, I serve one of these trays as an appetizer. I like the convenience but hope the choices (and celery quality) improve.
Nothing like the picture OR description! NO peppers NO snap peas! Instead, 7 grape tomatoes and 4 tiny broccoli florets. I knew it wouldn't be super fresh vegetables but the celery is really dry. So dry the strings are prominent because the pulp has shrunk. I love tomatoes so I tried one but it's not ripe and pretty much tasted awful with a hint of carrot flavor. I definitely never expected it to be this bad and really not surprised the dip is funky. I don't believe it's Hidden Valley ranch.
Unfortunately, the day I picked this item up I was going camping and was unable to return it immediately to the store. When unpacking my groceries I noticed a rotten smell and the package was swollen. The entire item was rotten and had to be discarded.
I always try to order this particular one and every single time it's been substituted for one that doesn't even have that variety of vegetables. that's why I gave it a bad review. I'm not able to give it a review because I never received the product.
Allergy risk. Picture and item description shows you are buying celery, carrots, peppers, broccoli, snap peas. What you actually get is celery, broccoli, carrots, NO peppers, NO snap peas, and those are replaced with tomatoes which I cannot eat hence why you should read review if you cannot eat tomatoes and you go to choose this because they are not in the picture or in the item description. Several other reviews mentioned this as well. I would suggest Walmart update their app picture and description so that buyers know exactly what they're purchasing as they're not buying what is listed.
