Customer Insights: Rated 3.2/5 from 74 reviews.
I really enjoy my new scale. I like how it doesn't tip on the sides, but stays flat on the ground is very easy to read and comfortable to stand on.
this scale does what it says I see a lot of scales don't get great reviews but if people use it the right way it will work I like the display its a little hard to get use to at first but i must say i do like this scale
Scale was about 80lbs off
Did not work
Literally had this thing for 5 months. Thought it was working fine now all it says is error. Tried replacing batteries won't work still. Now I'm questioning the accuracy the past 5 months. Waste of money. Disappointed because I thought this was a good company.
after 4 or 5 month of using it is not working any more it is stope working suddenly and give err message all the time and I try to restart it like the manual sed it didn't work . so bad scale
I got this scale as a gift for Christmas 2 days ago, and I couldn't get it to do anything except read weight, after I replaced the batteries from China with some new, USA batteries. I followed all instructions and still could not get the features other than weight to show. I kept getting an Error H code, which is incorrect, because I don't weigh over 500 lbs., which is the scale weight limit. I called Taylor Customer Service today, and they will ship me a different, replacement model, since this one is no longer made. I would not recommend buying this scale. I'm guessing it has a design or fabrication flaw from the factory. I recommend buying the newer model.
This is the stupidest scale I have ever purchased in my life. I bought it because it was the only scale at the store that measured your muscle mass, body fat, and water weight in addition to your weight, and that was exactly what I was looking for and totally expected the $35.00 price tag. As soon as I brought it home, my boyfriend stepped on. It showed 181 and some change. We figured that was probably about right. He stepped on the scale again and it showed 174... Okay, how did he just lose 7 pounds? He stepped on again, now he weighs 164... I decided the step on myself, and it did the same, it gave us both a different measurement every time. We tried playing with it to see if maybe we just needed to assign us both users, so that it would remember us, and it was almost impossible to navigate how to do so. There is no indication of what is what, and when you do finally get it to show your BF, BM, and WW, it just flashes each one once and then turns off. I turned right around and went back to the store to return. I will never purchase a Taylor product again.
I purchased this scale because it showed so many extra functions. I wanted to get a scale that gave me information to motivate me to lose weight. The scale was off, it was more than 20lbs lighter than I was recently at a doctors visit. And everytime I stepped on it, a different number showed up with about 10lb differences either way. It never showed the additional information. It would either just turn off, or show an error code. It's a waste of money. I'll be returning it for sure.
Bought it last night and going back today. I got on it and it showed a 57 pound difference in my old scale which is not too far off from the doctor. The other features I didn't get to work but that's my fault and irrelevant as it doesn't show accurate weights anyway.
