I recently purchased the Taylor glass digital scale with marble design. So far, I'm pretty pleased with it as it is very easy to use and has different weight unit settings at the back of the scale which is very easy to adjust. Stylish glass, marble looking with white/black streaks. Very strong, holding weights up to 400 lbs. Digital display in lbs. or kilograms. Easy to set up before initial use. Turns off automatically when finished weighing. AND it has a 5 year limited warranty. Great set of scales at such a low price! How can you go wrong?!
i liked it because it was inexpensive and it worked very well.
Expect to buy replacement batteries CR2030
not consistent. fluctuations of 1 pound.
More than half the time that I use this thing I get an error message after it gives me my weight and won't tell me my body fat percentage or BMI, etc. (And no, it doesn't say, "Could one of you get off the scale please?" LOL) But it's beautiful, and it gives me my weight to the tenth (like 172.3), but it is supposed to then give BMI and fat percentage and water percentage and two-thirds of the time it glitches out.
I got this scale from my sister about a year ago for wrestling because we have to constantly be aware of our weight. These last few months I would check my weight with this scale and then with some other scales at school and this scale would just be completely off. I then went on to weight 2 5lb dumbbells which weighed in at 13.6, so I came to the conclusion that the scale was 3.6 off. I just accepted this and subtracted 3.6 each time I weighed myself, but a few weeks ago (like 2-3) I weighed myself and found that the scale was way off again to the point were subtracting 3.6 made no sense, so I weighed the same dumb bells again, but they weighed in at 0lbs. I also recently just checked and it's back at being 3.6 over so I think I'm just over it. I also tried moving it to different surfaces and changing the batteries. I've given up on it now, and I'm truly disappointed, but it's okay.
Piece of garbage. My fiance and I bought this to help with our small weight loss journey. Bought it, tried to use it, kept displaying error message. BTW this scale does not say it on the box but it is for people who exercise regularly to moderately. Don't waste your money. Buy a dial scale.
This product sucks. 1st one was defective. The replacement one that they sent out was defective. Had to buy a specific screwdriver to open the back. Had to get on with tec support many time to reset the scale. After the multiple resets the scale still did not work. Waisted 2 months of my time and never actually know what my weight was. Basically every time i would stand on it it would give me a different reading. Meaning within 30 seconds my weight would fluctuate 3 lbs. They would not offer a refund. I hate to write bad reviews but i would like to save someone else the trouble that i went through.
The machine shows error 80% of the time apart from that it works great whenever it does.
