The thermometer is top quality for a low price! Works Wonderfully and is Very Sturdy. I love that it holds to the side of the pan so you don't have to keep checking with the little digital thermometer like I used to.

Just what I was looking for frying fish. Works as described. Trusted brand. Easy to read. Like the dial better than digital because it doesn't require batteries.

I've used it four times so far for hard candy. It works well.

Finding this product on the site was very easy. Just type in what your looking for and a wide varity of items will appear and you just have to make your choice and add it to your cart. If you are a Walmart plus member shipping is free which to me is a savings in itself. Some of the shipping times may be slow but remember that most of the time that is not Walmart's fault it is the shipper or the shipping site itself that is the issue. Now as far as this thermometer tbh I didn't think I was going to like it at first as my pan has a lip to it and the thermometer when clipped on does submerge into the item you are making therefor making the thermometer unusable. Instead of getting rid of the thermometer I decided I would buy a non lip pan and make it my pan for making my fudge and candies with. I actually had one that I did not realize until after I got done making the fudge. I did use a glass thermometer and did the soft boil test technique to see if the temperature was accurate and was spot on. I have purchased many items off of Walmart's site and have not been dissatisfied with any item yet.

it is what I wanted at good price, have not used yet as I wanted to use weeks ago but took soooooo long to get here!

fortunately it arrived not damaged physically but yet to be tested in use. walmart has take a turn for the worst with quality control both in store and online. anyone with sense would have packaged this in a box, NOT, an envelope!!! store experiences has made me check every item for abuse and returns put back on the shelf clearly used!! with the online, shipping is the pits, 11 days to get this item. i have another item that is going to be 2 weeks if not longer due to their using 3rd party sellers with a bad reputation, not like amazon who polices their sellers. starting to get where walmart is the last place to look!!!
