I love the driver itself sounds great off the face looks good. Unfortunately the shaft that came with it was counterbalanced and it was the only shaft available. So I had to buy a new shaft, which was the only downside of this purchase. But the driver itself is amazing.
Carbon face feels like your ball jumps off a trampoline. I had the sim 2 before and it broke so I decided to splurge on a qi35. Lots of feedback on where you hit it so it’s easy to correct mis-hits. The lower spin compared to the Max helps out if you tend to slice, so for me it’s helped a ton on getting straighter drives and with the feedback I can correct any slice issues that start up mid round.
Replaced my Stealth 2. Qi35 has more “pop” in distance n sound. Seems to give better smash factor across the face. Seems to draw less. Overall I’m glad I made the choice. The distance increase is 5-6 yds but off center hits are straighter Tight dispersion.
I am generally a decent driver of the ball. I am 57 and with the QI 35 I have added 10-15 yrds when I bare down on it. I also hit this driver very straight. I may pull or push but my mistakes are not exaggerated by the ball being pushed right then also slicing. I don't have to recommend this club to anyone who plays with me as they see this old guy out driving them in the middle of the fairway. I have been asked more than I can count if "they" could hit my QI35 just to see.
Loving it so far, Moved over from the ping g410. A little adjustment period at address but the feel is unmatched. Was worried about the carbon face feel but through 2 rounds I’ve come to love it. Flight path is much more penetrating and low spin, not floaty whatsoever. Ball speed in the 180mph camp and the core model has held up nicely. Prioritized forgiveness over any distance gain from LS , happy with my choice.
As an avid golfer, finding a driver that not only performs well but also excites me from the moment I take it out of the bag is key. Enter the TaylorMade QI35 driver—a game-changer! **Aesthetics at Address** First things first, the look at address is simply stunning. The sleek design combines a modern aesthetic with a classic feel. The glossy finish on the clubhead catches the light perfectly, making it visually appealing without being overpowering. The low-profile crown and subtle graphics give it a streamlined appearance that instills confidence. I feel like a pro every time I step up to the tee. The color scheme is both fresh and sophisticated, creating a sense of excitement before I even swing. **Forgiveness** When it comes to forgiveness, the QI35 really shines. This driver features advanced technology designed to minimize mishits, and it delivers. Even when I'm not hitting the sweet spot, I notice the ball flight remains straight and high. The large clubface, along with the optimized weight distribution, helps to maintain distance even on off-center hits. This has been a game-changer for my consistency on the course. I appreciate how the QI35 allows me to play with confidence, knowing I won’t be punished too harshly for those occasional lapses in focus. **Performance and Feel** The moment I made contact with the ball, I felt an immediate connection. The sound is satisfying, with a pleasing “thwack” that confirms my hits. This positive feedback, combined with the impressive stability, makes the QI35 a joy to hit. It feels solid and responsive, helping me to feel more in control of my game. **Overall Impressions** To sum it up, the TaylorMade QI35 driver is a delightful blend of aesthetic appeal, forgiveness, and performance. The confidence it provides at address that allows me to focus solely on my swing is irreplaceable. Whether you’re a seasoned golfer or just starting, this driver is definitely worth considering. I’m thrilled to have it as part of my bag!
I recently purchased the TaylorMade Qi10 35 Driver and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the first swing, it was clear this club was built for both performance and forgiveness. The 35-gram weight profile provides a perfect balance of control and stability, and I immediately noticed tighter dispersion and more consistent ball flight—even on off-center hits. The sound and feel at impact are incredibly satisfying—solid, yet smooth, with that signature TaylorMade “crack” that inspires confidence. My carry distance has increased by 10+ yards, and my launch conditions have never looked better on TrackMan. The Qi10’s sleek look behind the ball adds to its appeal, and the adjustability gives me the ability to fine-tune the loft and face angle to fit my swing perfectly. Whether you’re chasing distance, accuracy, or both, this driver delivers. Highly recommend it for any serious golfer looking to upgrade their performance off the tee!
I switched from the Stealth 1. I demoed the Q35 for a month via my golf club and I could see an instant difference. It feels more solid off the face and mishits (just as the marketing propaganda will tell you) go straighter and farther. I'm a long hitter so driver is a double-edged sword. I've gained confidence on tighter holes to hit driver and go for birdie.
The TaylorMade Qi35 Designer Series Driver performs beautifully—long, forgiving, and sleek with a premium feel. It’s easily one of the best drivers I’ve used. However, it loses a star because it didn’t come with a head adjustment tool. For a flagship product at this price point, that’s disappointing. Even the Kirkland driver, at a third of the cost, includes one. Small detail, but it matters. I would expect an added detail that the tool would include a nice bag with the Qi35 logo stamped all over it like the head cover does.
I switched over to Taylormade when I bought the Stealth because I believed in the carbon fiber place. My Stealth failed me outside the two year warranty and I was left with continuing my loyalty to the Taylormade Brand. The QI35 is very good and I am more accurate than I was when I was using the Stealth. Within my first 3 weeks, the shaft splintered and broke at the head. Submitted warranty and they were good with sending a shaft right away.
