As advertised the Qi10 HL irons are a great set to play with, while these may favor a mid to high handicap golfer, they are workable for all levels of golfers. They get the ball in the air very well while still maintaining good distance and workability around the greens. Regardless get outside and enjoy the game of golf.
Just received these and only hit a few balls. They feel smooth with good sound on impact. Really looking forward to this years season when the weather in the north breaks.
Qi HL irons are great clubs for improving your golf game. I just ordered the 8iron to match the 6 iron I was fitted for. The clubs make me confident when striking the ball that I know it will go straight.
I had always been a Callaway faithful, but I was very disappointed with my complete set of AI Smokes. Everyone is different, so there's that caveat before I get blasted. Yes, I was fitted...yes a good fitter...that should do it. Anyway, I looked at the top players in the world on both the PGA and LPGA. Almost ALL were hitting TMs. So, I got fitted and just like that I'm playing the best golf ever! As a retired U.S. Marine at 50 yrs old with a knee and hip replacement, I needed some help with distance and flight (10 HCP). The TM Qi10 HL irons were masterful! The yardages were spot on and I got my mid-iron apex back up to 90ft. I only had one concern, which ended up not being one at all - even with the Qi10 HL irons being game improvement irons, I was still able to control my shot shaping. It actually got better, as I naturally hit a fade. However, after a few weeks, I was hitting a draw just as natural. So, after writing this tome, I'm here to highly recommend the Qi10 HL irons!!! Because of this experience and the results due to the quality, I'm a Taylormade golfer for life! P.S. Thanks Taylormade!!! Now I'm swinging the same brand as my favorite golfer: RORS!
I am enjoying my new irons. I love the look and feel of them. I bot the high lofted ones as I am a high handicapper and figured they might help with ball contact and flight. I was concerned they would be too much with the loft but I can assure you it was nothing to be concerned about.Overall I am pleased with everything about the clubs but would like to make better ball contact. I do believe they help[ but there is no magic relief.
As a certified club fitter & club tech, who's familiar with TM's competitor class clubs, the QIHL irons with Fujikara 50 GM graphite senior shaft are a brilliant fit for senior golfers. Light, easy to swing - the ball launches HOT off the face! You won't be disappointed.
The weather finally cooperated, and I was able to get out and try my new 7QI. Love the feel and how the ball goes in the air. I still need to figure out the distance but that will come with playing more often. Now to order the other two clubs I use the most.
Switched from Stealths. Wow The QI HL were so much straighter for me. I have played about10-12 rounds with the new irons. Once I got used to not having to aim left of the intended target, things were much improved. Shots are going about 5-7 yards farther than I was hitting with the Stealths.
No longer feel like I'm swinging a school bus at a golf ball. These clubs make me feel like I actually belong on the course, and my distance and consistency backup that feeling. These clubs are getting me consistent GIRs.
After many years of playing with my previous Taylormade irons, it was time for an upgrade. After a lot of research, I chose the Qi HL irons. Being 63 years old, I didn't want to lose any yardage but loft was important. I definitely have more loft but even better, I picked up approximate 10 yards in distance. The feel of the 3 and 4 rescue clubs is pretty sweet. What's not to like about that!
