Tastes as good as the Caffeinated Version
I ordered one of these as the regular Chai Lattes were on backorder and I wanted one to tide me over. I found the taste to be every bit as good and I could not tell a difference.

Excellent Chai because this one is DECAF!
This is a chai concentrate that is very tasty hot or iced. The best thing is that it is decaffeinated. An evening cup will not ruin a night's sleep! Kids love it too. Nice and spicy.. A great value compared with Starbucks.

Love the product but I never received it
This is my favorite winter beverage. I was excited to order it from Walmart, but I never received it! I received the other portion of my order, but NO CHAI :( Please help

tazo decaf chai tea latte concentrate
drink this regularly, sells out in local stores. great price to buy it from Walmart - as well as the regular tea and the organic version. arrived in 1/2 the time predicted. great service online, as usual

Tazo Chai decaf
Walmart is the only place close to me that carries this product on line...it is the only thing I drink in the mornings. My. First order last year was very problematic...the containers would get damaged in delivery and after 3 times decided that it might never happen.... But the fourth try was a success....containers packaged in 4's and lids sealed...I also reduced the odd number that I was ordering. THis year I ordered 4,, they came very well secured, and labeled appropriately and got here successfully. Thank you Walmart for being my supplier.

Great Tea, great price, poor packaging
No complaints about the tea, but the boxes were in bad shape when they arrived. Many were missing the pour spout and others were quite dented, close to breaking.

Missing and Damaged
First off, 2 out of the 12 units of the Tazo Decaf Chai Tea are missing. Secondly, They forced too many items into one plastic bag. damaging the containers. (Use more bags.) Why do retailers make it so hard to contact them when theirs a problem with your online orders?
