[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This type of Earl grey was a lot sweeter than expected which I am actually a pretty big fan of. I like green tea a lot so I was not sure if I was going to like black tea. This one actually taste good and was not too over bearing.

I find myself reaching for tea more often now. i'm not a tea enthusiast so I can't really comment on how it tastes compared to other brand or flavors but with some sugar and honey this is a perfect tea to have to unwind at night. very impressed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not a fan of these teas. The first thing that I made sure to check after receiving them was whether or not the tea bags were made of plastic. Spoiler alert—they are. Because of this, I didn't try them. Microplastics are diabolically bad for your health and the environment—BOOOO! However, I do like that the teas are organic.

This used to be my go-to brand, but I'll be looking elsewhere until they go back to the previous formula. It now has zero bergamot flavor. As far as I can tell, this is Awake English Breakfast packaged in the wrong box. It even has an orange tag instead of the Earl Grey purple tag. If this isn't a packaging error, and this is actually the intended new formula, this company needs to rethink whether they should be selling tea.

We've been drinking Tazo Earl Grey for years. Sadly the newest box I got has clearly had a formula change. The paper wrapped tea bags are now a plastic/coated paper and the tea tastes terrible. Sadly if the formula doesn't change back will be hunting for a new daily tea brand.

I have drinking this tea for years. The new packaging and new formula is awful. Please bring back the older version since I won't be buying the new product
