Product was defective
This product has not been updated since 2022, and when I tried to change settings, the computer would always go to the default settings. Then this product was very slow. I tried to update the system, but it kept stating that it was up to date. The product was defective in my opinion, and I will be purchasing another kind of laptop for my child.
