The car was very easy to install, my daughter liked the color very much, and the music player is very cool and beautiful.

My husband and I bought this December 10th for our twins after a lot of research and compromising on weight, battery life, assembly, color, quality etc. I rate this a 2 graciously due to fast shipping. Other than that, everything we looked into before buying is null in void. They sent a yard weight. It was shipped broken. Our twins had no gift, and we have yet to receive any type of answer on what they plan to do after a hour of being on the phone. I do not recommend. My experience with this purchased was not pleasant.

The battery will not charge except randomly.I can leave it plugged in for 5 days and will still be dead. But on rare occasions it will charge and run for 2 days. It's like there is a short somewhere that prevents charging. The reverse cable was assembled incorrectly so the wheels would spin in different directions. We fixed that part. I was going to return it but everytime i went to do so it would charge and i couldn't break his heart cause 'it was working'. i eventually ran out of time. i guess i will unassemble and check for loose wires to the battery. But when it does work it's a great jeep. Powerful and lots of cool features

This was a Christmas gift ,my son attempted to put it all together last week as the cold weather is finally breaking and realized there is a defect with the door. I sent a message with no response. Now my granddaughter can't ride it safely as one door can't be attached. It's as if it's 2 left doors. It's no way both doors should be in the same direction .

the product came broken, we contacted the owner which answer us but after sending them the pictures he ghosted us. Both sides of the back tired and on the back under the roll bar. very disappointed with the product and customer service from this product.

I had a bad experience with my package delivery because it was raining so the rain soaked my box up so everything is wet .

Do not waste your money. This thing is a literal piece of garbage. Does not assemble properly, safety is 0, wiring issues, the remote barely works, but even in child/self mode it only randomly works sometimes. It HARD stops for no reason, parts pull off by simply touching them. It is 100% cheaply made crap.

This car arrived and doesn't work... Doesn't seem to have any trouble shooting tips, or anyway to contact seller. Says they only will refund, not replace. Tell that to a 5 yr old.....

Really disappointed with this electric car some part of the electrical popped we tried replacing and it happened again this worked for all of 5 mins for my son.. very big L I don't recommend at all

The instructions was terrible the parts were not labeled the screws were not labeled back rail with lights broke as soon as we snapped it in charged battery as instructed and didn't last an hour
