I have other appliances of this brand and they’re amazing. Very affordable yet great quality. The coverage of the ac for a room is great. It’s powerful and easy to operate. Display is also very good and touch type. The weight of the product is little heavy so you need handy man to install it. The durable I can say it’s definitely life long because I know as I have been using this brand product for daily use. Overall if someone wants to safe up in whole year on electricity bill then this will definitely help. It has no noice when it operates and you can operate it sitting anywhere as you can operate it from phone. What else you need for a designer home and techy life.

This AC is incredibly quiet! Cooled down a living room and kitchen in no time. My son had me go outside to hear that even outside, standing right next to it, you can barely hear it. I have never had a quieter ac window unit before.

Super quiet can't believe how quiet it is a real surprise and I can now use my air fryer on same breaker the old one would trip breaker this one doesn't so it using a lot less power the the old 10,000 will be buying a 8,000 to replace the one in bed room

In the dead heat of summer the A/C went out in the neighbors house. This was purchased and amazingly done a good job helping her make it through the extreme heat wave. It seems to be built well, looks good and the remote makes it more convenient to change the settings especially for little ole grandmas :)

Gets cold fast and is very quiet. Drawing 300 watts at full load. Side panels leave much to be desired. Easy to set up, but leaves a lots of gaps at the unit and to the frame. They give you putty to fill it in, but I used white surgical tape. Still, should pay for itself in 2 seasons because of the efficiency.

Extremely quiet and very cold! I love the sides but they were hard for me to extend to lock in place. The top of outside AC was bent in a little bit and coils outside a bit but still works as should. Very happy with how comfortable my large bedroom is now.

Only have had the air container for several months, in that time the air conditioner works great. Cools one bedroom apartment good and is very quiet. During installation the preassembled frame of the air conditioner could not be screwed into my window sill, resulting in using a piece of wood and material to cover the small openings.

Easy to install BUT the unit runs nonstop on all different modes, on eco mode temperature set to 75, woke up to a 70 degree room and the unit was still running blowing cold, never should shut off as per the user manual. For a test the following day set the temperature to 78 unit still kept running blowing cold never shut off as per the user manual, woke up to a 71 degrees in the room. Reached out to customer support after some very basic troubleshooting was told to either file a warranty claim or return to the store. Most likely be returning.

even though this AC was rated quiet it wasn't. made lots of noise like a jet coming through also the Eco button doesn't work so it ran all the time. I was disappointed
