Love it. it was delivered with no issues and brand new unused. And it's great quality. idk how good it is in large rooms but for my place with no ac. Its great in my small bedroom

We have central air in the building but the unit is older and doesn’t seem to make much difference on a really hot day. This portable A/C has made a world of difference. It cools my bedroom fast and keeps it cool. It only took a few minutes to set up. The unit is very quiet and no leaking!

I haven’t stopped using it at all, even though I moved into an apartment with central air! I love being cold at night, and this keeps me at just the right temperature.

It's very easy to use, very easy to set up and I can move it if need be. It's so well made, it looks like a piece of furniture, it cools every large area and its programmable. I'm really happy I gave it a try.

I give this air conditioner a 10 out of 10 and definitely recommend. If I ever need another one I will be getting another one of these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have central air conditioning but I got this to use in our bedroom at night so we can keep the rest of the house at a more desirable temperature and keep our bedroom cooler at night. It's so nice that I can ask my Google to turn the bedroom to 69 degrees and by the time I get there it's nice a chilly. Or if I get to cold I can just ask it to turn it up. Setup for the wifi was kinda tricky at first. Installing it was a breeze tho took me less than 10 minutes. It's also very quiet while it runs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TCL - 10,000 BTU (14,000 BTU ASHRAE) Smart Portable AC - Black is not huge, but it takes up a little bit of your floor space. Its easy to install and dosent make a lot of noise and cools a larger area than expected. It does hose out to the window and has a odd smell for the first couple times of use.

2 weeks from purchase. Nice design, easy to install, like any other portable unit. We noticed the WARNING related to the flammable coolant and we didn't sleep fine that first night. The amount of precaution listed in the manuale are absurd. Fire estinguisher, leak sensor, monthly maintenance... Once started, we noticed the wind direction can only be set with remove and always reset at start. That is a pain in my case because the position of vent is not optimal pointing up and have to adjust everytime. Will be nice to be able to change that setting. We notice after 20 minutes of operation an irregular noise coming from the ac fan... it didn't get better, is like brushing against something. I cant open the unit to check or the warranty will be void cause the stickers. That's a pity. The re-seller don't want to interfere and can't send anybody to check. And last... the 14000 btu (written on sticker) are NOT even closer to the last 12000 but unit we use to have earlier. But it does the job. Very good that come with its own voltage, fuse external protection on the plug. Thanks
