TCL 10,000 BTU Smart Window Air Conditioner, Black, W10W9E2-B3

This is a Great working ac .This thing wiill keep u very cool . The ac comes with window insulation to fill gaps so air wont seep in the the cracks. Im very satisfied with my purchase .A great step up from my older window unit. It also comes with a remote also the app to download on your smartphone to use also as a remote.

I was hesitant to purchase due to the mixed reviews; which mainly occurred from damage during shipping...but glad I did. The fan is very loud and took me a bit of time to get used to the noise, as it's in my bedroom. But I like the multi-level fan, ease of controls, and it keeps me cold; which is what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends.

We've have only had this unit installed, and in use, for a few days, but we are already very impressed. Great Cooling for the Price. Great App Control. Nice Control Features We haven't been able to get the remote control to work get but there's App control for Apple or Android. (Note: the link for the app shown in the instructions is only for Apple, but if you search PlayStore for the TCL app you can find the one for Android.)

The TCL 10.000 BTU black window air conditioner is awesome, gets very cold and comfortable.

While it has the features described, it doesn't work well and will not connect to wifi. The manual gives setup links to expired pages for connecting and everything I tried failed. No alternative app or guidance found It was easy to set up for manual use instead and the remote works well, but the airflow and cooling is lacking for a 450 sq ft room. It doesn't have half the output that a small window ac would put out back in the 1970's. I would suggest using for no more than 350 sq ft, if that. Also, I set it on high cool mode with no eco mode on and it kept changing its own setting to low and eco mode. The cool output cycles on and off in any mode, presumably to rest the motor, but I've never seen so much cycling. Half the time it runs like a really poor fan with no cooling. Wish I hadn't taken so long to install it ... I would return it but past my return date. Frustrating. I had only purchased it to give a little extra cooling in my family room, but on these hot 97-113 degree days, it only adds about 2-5 degrees coolness to what the fans already did in my well-insulated house (fans and insulation alone keep house 20 degrees cooler than outdoors). Can't imagine it would be of any use in a house with poor insulation. I didn't expect a lot given the room is open to the kitchen too, but it should have done better. It doesn't seem to cool unless outdoor temperatures are closer to 90. Apparently not the workhorse I thought I would get for the price and 10000 BTU . Sad.

This air conditioner doesn't even cool the living room/kitchen of a 34ft camper trailer. We keep the bedroom door closed and it STILL won't cool it!! We bought the 8000 btu of this air conditioner first and it certainly didn't cool the space so we replaced it with this 10,000 btu. I'm going to have my husband take this one out and send it back too!! Don't buy!! Waste of money!!

How can you sell a heavy-duty air conditioner that ONLY LASTS for 35 days...EXACTLY 5 days after the WARRANTY RUNS OUT?!!? It was purchased for our son and his 4 school-age boys. With these dangerously hot Summer days, they desperately needed an air conditioner. Furthermore, it was extremely heavy to install, which my husband and my son struggled to do. I am disappointed with having to have my family not only endure the discomfort of a faulty, unreliable product that Walmart would endorse, but to add salt to the wound, not even get a refund of over $300, to apply towards a new air conditioner, since this one was NOT returnable. Shame on you!!!

this unit cuts on and off by itself when it wants to buttons don't work power button don't work cuts off after only being on 10 min horrible terrible most disappointing item i ever purchased in my life from Walmart i do not recommend anyone purchase this a.c.

i had to give it one star so i can write this review. Bought unit online, delivered in June 24th, waited 48 hrs to install. Started having issues on July 22nd, completely stopped working on July 26th. Two days past warranty.

didnt get warenty because we was short on money at time now were out of money and ac unit didnt wven have for 3 months and it already crapped out on us
