TCL 10,000 BTU Smart Window Air Conditioner, White, W10W9E2-3

This air conditioner kept me cool and didn't raise my electric bill. Also, the remote made it so easy to adjust. Easy to take the filter out and clean it. I would definitely buy this again.

This air conditioner is awesome. We had a smaller one it just didn't cool enough but this one works perfect

Easy to install, had insulation panels that you put on ac's accordion sides. These panels are normally sold separately from other models. Runs quieter than most ac of that size.

I expected everything to fit together, since I was going to have to assemble the dehumidifier The casters were in the box but would not fit the holes. It said to push in, but would not go in by pushing. Had to use hammer to even get it started. once I got it where it wouldn't fall out, I then had to use my **** of weight plus the weight of the unit to get each caster in far enough to hold. Then when attaching the hose, the hose was too small to go on the outlet. I had to use heat on hose and stretch it enough to be able to it it on. When paying money for something that you have to assemble, you expect everything to fit.

i legit bought this three weeks ago and it randomly likes to shut off for long periods of time and wont turn back on until several hours later. completely frustrating. it worked great for abojt a week. then started to shut of randomly and doesnt stay at the heat it was on. 🤦‍♀️ and when it does come back on it does so by itself a few minutes later after shutting off its completely frustrating on the days its over 100 degrees outside

It worked great in my bedroom for the first 3 months on the lowest setting at 62 degrees.Now the buttons don't work. I can't turn it off without out hitting the reset button on the plug to turn it on. It only cooled at the lowest high setting.I loved it at first now I have to buy a new one. I'll be getting one with knobs on it this time.

Works okay But after two months started having problems The remote stopped working and then face board started blinking then went out

well to start with the remote only worked once and than after 2 months of not every day use the display screen stopped working at all ,this unit is just garbage as you expect a unit that cost over 300 dollars to last longer than this one has

First digital went out not even 2 months of buying and remote not working. Company said take to Walmart. Took it there they said call company we did that. Could not do a rest set no screen showing since digital isn't working sent the proof of purchase and serial number now 2 weeks later they still seeing what they can do. Okay not that hard refund or fix or send a new one is only solution. But I get seeing what we can do is all we get told.

Little over a month, constant problems. Panel flashes, error codes. Don't waste your money like I did.
