The air conditioner works great although I received it dented damage. Walmart was quick to handle the issue. So far, working fine is very please.

Junk
Received unit on 01 May 2024, and installed in window (12k unit) about 1 week later. Installed easy, unit started and ran decent until 20 June 2024. Not even 2 months old and woke this morning to it refusing to turn on. Swapped 4 different electrical outlets, no breaker or fuse tripped. Simply done, burnt out, not working. Because the return policy is only a short window of time, not eligible to return this TCL 12k window unit. Buy at your own risk! I'm out $360 for less than 4 weeks use.

Was good for the few weeks it lasted!
This piece of crap just randomly died 9 weeks after I bought it. I don't know how refunds/replacements work with this sort of thing but I am about to find out.

The air conditioner
I bough the air conditioner in June of 2024 and it is 8 of 2024 and the air conditioner is out I want another one or my money back

It may work for you.
This AC started off great and then died after only 8 days of use. Granted, it's hot out - but this was a brand new unit. Didn't trip the breaker or anything. Just turned off and never turned on again despite every effort; trying new outlets, reset buttons, everything. A lemon. And now a brick.
