TCL 5WR1-A 5,000 BTU Home Window Air Conditioner
items came fast . Looks great . One person can handle toting this ac. Nice size. ..... But person dropping it off left it almost in the road. And I had my front door open so they knew I was home. 30 mins after drop off they texted. Someone could have stolen it if it was busy.

Extremely happy with my purchase
I am a first time buyer online and Walmart did not disappoint!!! My A/C was delivered in 2 days!!! Imagine that!!! The unit is working well in my 1 bdrm apt! I am so pleased. Would recommend this unit

Great AC!
I purchased two 6,000 BTU units last year and love them so I opted for a larger unit this year made by TCL. I have TCL televisions that I have had for years with absolutely no problems so decided to give the AC a try and have not been disappointed!

Good performance, very weak design for rain water
Very happy with it's performance and quietness. Unfortunately, rain water builts up in the unit and makes a mess went taken in at the end off the season. DO NOT drill a hole in the bottom to drain the water. I did and punctured a tube and destroyed the unit.

I absolutely love my air conditioner it is well worth the money I spent I spent less than buying it around here and it is an excellent ASC I actually had to turn the temperature up last night cuz I was too cold I have it now said it's 72 and it's very reasonable in here. Best Buy I could have made

Only worked for almost one cooling season. :(
I paid $180 last summer (they are $25 cheaper now). It shipped expeditiously and appeared in good shape. It was easy to install and cooled pretty good for a small unit. However, at the end of the season, I thought it was frozen up because cool air was not coming out, so I shut it off. I tried to turn it on this season, and it does not work. This is not the quality I expected for the price, not even one cooling season from it. I guess TLC will not be my brand

Save Your Money
Worst purchase ever. Air conditioner is so loud that I used it twice and got rid of it. TCL should stick to tvs. Buyer's remorse is teal.
