This window ac unit was so easy to install and keeps my room cooled in this Texas heat. It's pretty quiet and blows cold I sleep so good. It pretty sturdy I had my husband install it for me. I was dreading the summer heat until we received this unit. I love that it's white and looks clean in my window .

I received this AC just in time because I needed to swap out my old one. It's perfect for the size of my home. It cools so nicely and it's so quiet compared to the one I had previously. I also love the design of it, it looks so chic! Overall would definitely recommend TCL

Put my new AC unit in yesterday and immediately when I turned it in it was the coldest air and was blowing so hard . In 15 min my house dropped 4 degrees and it's set to 70°. Today it is 68° in my house and I had to turn it up to 72° cause I was freezing

I was super excited to get this product. However, make sure you have two people to do the install because I did it by myself and it was incredibly heavy and incredibly hard it does work and the AC is super cold. I absolutely love it and it doesn't have a lot of noise, which is great it's very silent. I'm excited to see if it with stands Texas heat right now it's in a cooler amount so it's perfect. Set up took me about 45 minutes, but if you had two people would probably take half that amount of time.

I am so happy with the performance of this AC. It was extremely easy to install. An even bigger plus is that this 14,000 btu ac plugs into a regular wall outlet! It is pretty quiet when running. It cools down the room almost immediately. Easy to use as well.

It's misleading because it's definitely not quiet — it makes a lot of noise, and the air doesn't stay cold for long. After an hour or two, it honestly feels like the heater is on. I'm really disappointed because I was so excited about it, especially since it's so hard to find a black AC.

I am writing this completely exhausted after waking up dozens of times last night from this AC unit. Calling this machine quiet is an absolute joke. Right after the installation guide, the manual actually includes a massive list of normal sounds you should expect to hear, and you will hear every single one of them constantly. When the inverter kicks on, it starts with a loud high-pitched whine, followed by a series of loud pops and gurgling noises before it finally settles into a non-stop whining drone. It got so bad that I actually installed an eight foot acoustic sound deadening panel on my bedroom wall just to try and dull the noise, but it barely helps. The unit is installed perfectly, it cools great, and the app functions fine, but the noise level has completely ruined my sleep for weeks. I desperately want to return it, but my options with my budget are very limited, I feel stuck. I am extremely unhappy with this purchase.

2nd day of owning it and it blows warm Air. I've done everything in the world to try to resolve the issues but it's clear now that it's the unit itself being the problem. It's the biggest piece of garbage. Loud , clunky and also will not connect to Bluetooth or WiFi no matter how many times you try. Stay as far away from this unit as you can.

This air conditioner might be the worst one I've ever bought!! Does not blow or cool house as intended! Gave it whole day house still hot! Can't even return because box is ruined! My cheap old one works better than this! Wanted to upgrade but severely disappointed!!

Don't buy this window air conditioner without buying the warranty with it, you'll need it. "P1" error code from 2 minutes after I plugged it in for the first time. Bought it today - returning it tomorrow. Thank you TCL for producing this trash (theoretical). Yes, I needlessly removed the drain plug, did several resets, etc. I'm so glad I bought the warranty. FTPOS!
