I love this device- excellent video quality, excellent battery life. Device is durable ( I've dropped it a few times and not even a scratch) the only thing that isn't great is the speaker phone but for an inexpensive device you can't beat it. I'm very happy

I bought this style of phone 2 months ago an was very pleased with it. I broke my first and didn't hesitate to replace it with the same version. This phone in my opinion ranks up there with high end phones. If not BETTER.

I think it's a couple yrs old but overall it's been a good phone . I was trying to put in a code for my SIM card which I kept doing wrong and it kicked me out so now my SIM card doesn't work just use my street Wi-Fi as how I'm using my phone now I just can't make calls out. Boost mobile has been ready for a upgrade I just need to get get up there and get one. So bottom line is I hope I get one an upgrade phone that's been as good as this one it has. Im always at the mercy of its The boost mobile person up there so hope I have a good one up there because I don't know a lot about phones

I bought my TCL 20XE back in February, and I have really enjoyed it. It has a very nice touch screen, and the size is perfect. It doesn't take long to charge, and the battery lasts long. The only thing is that the screen scratches fairly easy, and the cameras photos aren't as clear as an Apple Iphone are. But overall, this is a very nice phone.

This is the absolute best cheap phone I bought I have an iPhone 12 as well and this phone is right next to it with the features I can't wait to try the TCL 20 pro

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I been having this phone for about 2 years now and when I first got it was great and everything but everytime after the first charge all of sudden it doesn't vibrate anymore which is annoying because I reset everything for the phone to be new completely and it vibrates again but once i put it to charge all of sudden it just doesn't want to anymore.

Pictures are vague and Memory is a huge Disappointment.the Speaker is Tough but out of Date. Other Styles Walk by and Drowned TCL 20XE In Regards to buying it again. A Negative.
