TCL 32" Class HD (720P) Roku Smart LED TV (32S301)

I FIRST BOUGHT A HITACHI I TOOK IT BACK AND GOT THIS ONE. IT TOOK ME AWHILE LONGER TO SET UP BUT WORTH IT, I HAD TO CALL TECH. BECAUSE THIS IS THE FIRST SMART TV I HAVE PURCHASED, AT THE BEGINNING OF SET UP I BELIEVE IT ASKS FOR A CREDIT CARD,,YOU DO NOT HAVE TO ENTER ONE. I HAVE WATCHED NETFIX, SOUND IS STRONG,I HAVE THE SOUND GOING THRU A HEADPHONE JACK AND IT IS WONDERFUL..SO GLAD I RETURNED THE HITACHI AND GOT THIS ONE. I WORKED ON THE COLOR ON THE HITACHI FOR SEVERAL DAYS NEVER COULD GET IT RIGHT, SOUND ON THE HITACHI WAS VERY WEEK. HOPE THIS HELPS. SORRY ABOUT THE CAPS.

We bought our first 32 in. TCL Roku tv around the middle of 2016. I was hesitant because I'd never heard of TCL, and we'd always had LG, or Vizio TVs up to that point. I'm just now looking at replacing our TCL not because of any issues from the manufacturer or anything. Sadly my kids were fighting and one of them ended up throwing something that hit the screen and there went the picture. We paid around $100 for it, and it lasted us 4 1/2 years of almost 24 hours a day usage with no issues. I'm sure it would have lasted at least a few more years if we'd kept the kids away from it. We're looking at getting a new one identical to the one we had, that's how much we loved it.

I bought this TV for my youngest daughter in 2016 and two years later this TV is going strong. I have not had any problems with the TV at all. It comes with a one year manufacturer warranty and I bought a two year extended warranty via Walmart for only $10 bucks. We've played video games to stream movies via Netflix. We just recently hooked a digital TV antenna and searching for the channels was really easy. I'll say the 3 HDMI ports is a major plus. We have enough for our systems and one Blu Ray player. Never any connection problems with the HDMI ports at all either. Awesome buy for us.

After I selected and listed the channels my husband likes, he was abre to change them by himself even with the sight problems he has. Font size is large enough and the remote control is easy to manage.

I'm a 71 yr oldster who is generally anti-tech ... like no cable for the last 3 yrs ... but this smart tv is great. Many reviewers must not be able to properly navigate the roku system which I find perfectly intuitive ... I use mostly PBS and YouTube ... but also after 5 days I am learning to surf the web for favorite shows on MSNBC. . So don't be put off by the dis-satified folks who just can't figure how the smart features ... I find this TV to be terrific! . Now if it blows up in the next week - I will of course change my tune.

I have the 65" TCL ROKU TV, and I love it! I was a little unfamiliar with how it worked at first, because I have cable too, but it work great! You need cable access to access a lot of the channels! I am purchasing the 32" tvs for my kids for xmas. Great product so far!

I have a 32 inch in all my bedrooms and I'm about to buy the 55 or 60 inch for my living room. These people saying they had to spend money to activate Roku is insane. I had Roku units before the tabs and never did I pay Roku a dime. My cable bill was near 200 a month and now I pay 100 for internet and so much more tv.

If you are hesitant about an off brand tv, don't be with this one. My wife and I have this tv in our bedroom. Absolutely amazed with the features for the price! Setup was about an hour. I'm watching movies from apps on my phone on this tv. PlayTo is awesome! You can mirror to the tv if PlayTo is not available. Mirroring is fun to do with games. Been wanting to upgrade the kids tv, and this will be it. Under $200 with 2 yr protection plan. Beats finding something on Letgo, 5 Miles, etc.

You must sign up for a Ruko account. on the cc page go to bottom and click on fill out later to avoid the $70 fee they are trying to get. you will have access to most popular services (nexflick vudu amazon etc) hope this helps everyone with a Roku tv

Please do yourself a favor and do not buy this tv. Came with lines across that manufacturer warranty refused to cover. Even though multiple reviewers have the same issue, the manufacturer claims it has nothing to do with them - that it must be you or the retailer who caused it. Save yourself the headache and go with something more reliable.
