Battery lasted 10 days without plugging in the power cable while leaving the phone on, making some calls and texts, and taking and sending some photo. The secret is to turn off bluetooth, wifi and cellular data. Turn on cellular data for sending photos, but then turn if back off. Can call and send/receive normal texts with emojis without cellular data on.

Not a bad phone, but not great either. My old phone had some reception when I was at home, the TCL Flip gets NO RECEPTION at home. I also discovered that Walmart has a better TCL phone for about half the price that US Cellular charges. The online manual is difficult to understand and some features are hard to access.

This is a very unsatisfactory phone. Too many differences from my other phone including features that I do not like, ones I do not use and ones I cannot figure out. The "owner's Manual" is virtually useless for anything except telling the very basic function. The amount of dissatisfaction I have exceeds the space here to list.

I hated it, just upgraded to a smartphone; if I had to put up with all the problems with this flip I might as well upgrade and try to turn my brain to mush with something else. Calendar is a problem, texting and spacing was a problem, volume was a problem, alarm was a problem, seems to be an extended list of "why in the world" problems.

Phone freezes up. Sometimes have to remove the battery to get phone restarted. Already had phone replaced once within one week of getting new TCL Flip Go and replacement doing the same thing. Do not recommend this phone

volume for the ringer is not loud enough and not much of a selection of ring tones. Have to restart phone to get the outside display to shut off otherwise it drains the battery. Liked the LG phone 100 times better

It is exactly as advertised... a basic flip phone. Good for talking, but texting is poor... Does not come with Emojis to add to your text. Like any phone it takes a while to learn, I would have tried a different one knowing what I know now.

My husband still uses a flip phone because it is easier to use, but this phone is not easy for him to navigate. Using the Contacts is awkward and not simple. We had to make a 2nd trip into a US Cellular in order to even get the phone out of Emergency mode. Should have taken that as a sign and returned it then. The screen is bigger than his old phone, thus easier to read.

Worst phone I've ever had. Can't make calls without turning it off then on again, then hopefully you can make your call. People can't reach me because it drops the calls just as it starts to ring through. Towers are not to blame, everyone else around me makes and takes calls just fine! Will be returning this LEMON as soon as I can get back to the store!
