TCL 43" Class 4K UHD LED Roku Smart TV 4 Series 43S421

this is my first exposure to roku. talk about a wild ride. I think I am probably paying for some channels I don't remember, lol. But as to the TV it's self, it is tough, sturdy and like the old timex commercial " IT TAKES A LICKING AND KEEPS ON TICKING". I am a 64 yr old female. I unpacked it. it slipped once. took down my old tv from the mount and put this one up, which by the way was 8 newer than the one I took down. Boy was this one lighter, thinner and the dimensions smaller. Picture is awsome.

very aggressive price point for a display that is used as a primary 4K monitor/display for my computer. I needed a much newer HDMI cable to preserve 4K HDR functions between this display and the computer (in other words, don't blame the display if you experience finicky results) The default set up was mostly spot on, though you should turn on game mode for improved latency when using with a computer.

5 star is for overall experience in buying from Walmart.com. Price, free delivery, and got delivered reasonably fast. However, upon opening the box, screen at crack at middle bottom of the tv. Well, upon turning on, yup, busted screen alright. Can’t fault for tv - probably poor handling by who knows how many people got their hands on while moving this tv around. Was able to easily return online - even had fedex pick it up the next day front door of my home! Waiting on replacement to be sent by Walmart. Fingers crossed this one well be ok. 5 star is for the service and easy replacement service.

I got this on a whim after my toddler threw a cup at our old Sony that was about 5 years old and busted the screen. I am extremely happy with my purchase. This tv has a lot of free content through the Roku, plus it's easy to access our Netflix and Disney . The picture quality is better than our old Sony, and so is the sound. I got this for 218 plus tax and when we bought the Sony, which was a few inches smaller, it was 400 . Overall this is a better quality product for much less than a big name brand tv. Given, that Sony was five years old, but still. If you're on the fence about this one, just go for it. It's a quality product.

An absolutely great TV! I bought this on 12/29/19 to replace an old Samsung 32" Smart TV (2012 model) that crapped out on me (network card died, so it turned into a dumb tv, otherwise it still worked). The picture quality and size of the display are absolutely stunning and much better than the one it replaced. The Roku interface is a breeze to use and works great for my needs. Remote is very simple and easy to operate. I've had it for almost 3 months now, and absolutely no problems with it so far. When I went to buy it I did not know the time it was on Rollback until I went to pay, so I was surprised to get a pretty good deal on it! Overall, very satisfied with my purchase, and would definitely recommend this to someone looking for a new TV.

As TV's go this is a good buy but if you don't want a bright night light in your room, don't get this TV. The remote uses infrared which is invisible BUT the receptor is clear plastic and is lit up by LEDs until the TV is turned on. That means you have a bright light shinning in your bedroom that lights up the whole room. See photo. Poor design. If you cover the plastic LED the TV remote won't work.

This TCL is the second one we own. It is easy to set up, but we did have to buy the bracket stand for it because our console table was not wide enough to hold it. Otherwise, it was a simple setup. The picture is clear and the sound is very good. The only thing I dont like is that I cant fine tune the color balance. Most of the white actors look pathetically pale. I darkened the brightness, which helped some, but would like to see more color saturation. Overall, this is a great television for the money.

Save your money. I purchased in oct and have had to send for replacement 2 times and now it stopped working again. I am not wasting time trying to get another replacement. I'm admitting defeat, throwing this away and never ever buying this brand again

Set tv up yesterday picture was beautiful. Turned it on next morning picture is almost totally black. I then tried adjusting picture settings .this didn't work.i then did a factory reset picture is still black. Will return ASAP. THIS TV IS A TOTAL PIRCE OF JUMK DONT BUY !!!!!!

2 months after purchase I started having trouble with the sound. Too bad I didn't realize it was this brand before I purchased this TV. I have a smaller one and after some time same thing. Definitely not buying TCL any more!!! Googled problem and I'm not the only one with issue.
