Snappy remote response and sharp picture

Andy January 2, 2026

I needed to upgrade an older TV that was in front of our treadmill, and the one thing I wanted was a more snappy, responsive remote response, and this delivers. There is minimal lag, and certainly acceptable, and the bonus is the picture is sharper than my last one. Assembly was standard, and easy.

Shipping Damage

Richard July 16, 2025

When the unit was delivered, I noticed a bend on top center of tv while unpacking it. I decided that I would go ahead and powered said unit up. The unit powered up with a perfect picture, making my decision to keep the tv. The shipping companies need to pay attention to their handling of these large bulky items.

Great Picture

mjfov January 26, 2026

I was reluctant to purchase this TV without seeing a display, but I am happy I did. The picture is great right out of the box. I have never purchased a TV that I did not need to adjust or tweak the picture. I did lower the brightness for having the TV in a bedroom, nothing more. This is a 2024 model, but I knew that after reading it has the edge over the 2025 model.

excellent quality

paul May 22, 2026

To complete your submission based on your feedback that "TCL is knocking it out of the park with their technology," you may want to focus on the following features: QLED Technology: Highlighting the color vibrancy and brightness. Google TV Integration: Noting the ease of use and smart features. Value: Emphasizing the high-end tech offered at its price point.

Using it for a PC monitor was un satisfactory.

Wayne March 6, 2026

I bought it to use as a 4K PC monitor, although I knew it was too big. I was willing to settle. But I found that when I moved my PC mouse, the TV would not "wake up". I had to use the button or remote to power down then up. I searched the internet for ways t "fix" this, but found nothing.

Great picture quality when viewing HDR content. The backlight isn't as consistent on regular HD content. The sound is not great, but it's good enough for a bedroom TV. Easy to set up, but the Google TV software is a bit slow on this unit. Google TV is still my favorite TV operating system.

Decent TV but needs better packaging. Arrived shattered, and replacement also arrived shattered. Went to Walmart and just bought one and opened in the parking lot to make sure it was all good.

Doesn't work with Alexa

Patti June 28, 2026

As someone else wrote in a review, Google has really overcomplicated this. I just want Alexa to turn the thing on and off. Can't even seem to get that done. There are no free T CL remote apps. There are no numbers on this remote. We are returning it. We will be getting a tv that actually does work with Alexa

I was headed up north when it arrived so I sat it in my living room. I opened it, having returned yesterday and the screen displays cracked up look. Isn't working

First off let me start out by saying this is absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life!! Especially when I paid extra money for product protection on top of my manufacturer warranty because I was still within my 90 days. So I I unbox the TV hook everything up and when I turn it on all I can see is a dark picture in the middle with a bunch of colors on the side looking like the TV was damaged during the shipping process, upon further exception I noticed that there wasn't any damage to the TV physically or the box that it came in but somehow it got damage internally. So I reach out TCL Directly and long story short they told me since the product was damaged right out of the box that my manufacturer warranty was invalid, I called 2 different times and got the same answer and I got told to call Walmart, so I called Walmart they tell me I need to call All State because that's who handles the protection for my product and not them directly. I reach out to All state after hours of getting the wrong number finally I get the right one just for the agent to tell me pretty much the same thing that TCL told me, the only Difference was they told me it hasn't been 30 days so it still falls under TCL and I should reach out to them, at this point I'm super frustrated because all I want is another TV that works and the only option the Walmart app gives you is to return it and get your money back. So I go to Walmart directly they wouldn't take the TV because it was supposedly sold by a 3rd party and not Walmart directly, so I call All state again and they tell me my only option is to return the TV and get my money back. What was the point of me paying extra money to get protection for my product if I didn't get to replace it at all …? It wasn't my fault the product was internally damaged, all I wanted was another TV that actually worked and TCL nor Walmart or All State would replace my TV, worst experience ever!!
