nothing over the last 14 years. I've actually purchased three of these, I've never had any issues with any of them. they all work seamlessly with my Google home app, they have great picture. for sound and picture they perform well
Once you get pass the tedious set-up, it's a good TV. The picture is good quality, the sound is sufficient and navigating the remote and menu settings are user friendly. I've only had it for a day so I hope to get a few years out of it before I have to replace it.
It's a very good value. It was a bit finicky setting up and the sound isn't that great. Picture is decent. But it's fine for our daughter's bedroom.
Although this TV has a nice picture and is easy enough to set up and attach to a swivel stand base, it has no power button on the tv itself. This could become a problem if the remote is lost. I was able to get it to partially operate with Alexa. I was able to turn it off and adjust the volume, but if I turned it off I was not able to turn it back on. Same with Google. I was able to operate it with Google TV remote if the TV is already in, but no ability to turn the TV on without the enclosed TCL remote.
I have two TCL TVs that are better than this one. The Vesa mounts are too small placed for tv size, makes stand wobble. The remote is one of the worst remotes I've ever cringed to hold. I like the 43" ONN and Roku TVs also sold at Walmart far more than this one. I would return it but I wanted a Google OS in this size TV and that's all that was available. In my sport room with 6 TVs I have already forgotten I don't like this one.
The OS is slow and unresponsive, makes using it laborious. The picture is just bad. I tried different apps, different inputs and settings, the inability to get rid of motion blur was the first issue. Even the menu transitions look bad. The proper blacks and contrast can be achieved with some work. After googling good settings, I got the picture pretty well but any movement just gets blurry and sometimes so bad it stutters. You don't even have to watch anything, it'll do it in menus. This was my first and last TCL.
Picture quality is decent for the price, and it works fine as a basic TV for an extra bedroom. Setup was straightforward and the Google TV interface is easy to use. However, the sound quality is very poor. Dialogue is hard to hear and overall audio is flat and weak. You'll realistically need a soundbar to make it even halfway decent. Good as a secondary TV, but don't expect much from the built-in speakers.
It was to hard to set up. I just did not care for it. Could not get any thing to come on at all. It could have been just me. But I did not like it. .
I have multiple TCL TVs and generally I'm happy with the brand. The picture quality on this model is horrible. I have a 1080p TCL that's FAR better. The sound/speakers are also horrible. It's so subpar, not only did I return this model but bought a different brand altogether.
the TV does not work. continues to go back to home setting bo matter what I do. and when TV is dark there is spots where it's already going out. I threw the box away so I can't return it. I already purchased a different brand tv. wish I could get my money back for this.
