there is absolutely nothing to dislike about this little mini fridge. not only did I get it for like $150 for the Black Friday sale of course I did buy the insurance. they have a code you can swipe to get in for the insurance, very helpful. it's clean it's beautiful it looks like a miniature stainless steel. everything fit in like so well, I'm so very happy with it. and my grandson wanted me to buy him one too this is how much he loved it he'll be in the pictures too. and lights up in the inside of the refrigerator. it's so cool I love it. 💖💖💖

i love it! It's right for me, since i live alone. why would I want a big fridge for? Duh! It fits perfectly in my little home and since im a 71yr.young 4'10"woman, its great! I love Walmart❤️ Thank you for your service☺️

this product was DOA. it also had big dents on the side of it but the compressor was broken... then I was unable to remedy the situation by another one or anything else. TCL customer service only offered for me to return it to the store, after they wasted several days of my time give me the runaround synonym pictures putting in a refrigerator a bottle of water and leaving it plugged in to draw power for 24 hours when I told them the compressor did not kick on there was zero sounds... avoid this company and these products at all cost it will only be a waste of time. now I need to find a refrigerator for my daughter's dorm room and these are sold out everywhere.

Happy with the size, storage and look of the refrigerator overall. Having a heck of a time getting the temperatures right because ice (safe food setting) or water (spoilage food setting) forms on the back wall. About ready to call TCL because there must be some trick I'm missing.

I love my little fridge. I am disabled and currently sort of stuck up stairs. So I bought me my very own fridge for all my cool/cold needs, It got here in record time. It arrived a bit early and in very good shape. My daughter was able to get it upstairs for me and had it plugged in before I arrived. The tape they put on the glass shelves worked wonders, not a crack or even a chip. The outside body was in perfect condition as well. It got cold in the fridge part quite well and rather fast. And the freezer, it is sooooooooo cold and keeps my ice cream frozen. I don't know how long this will last but let me tell you, it was well worth what I paid for it.

This was a perfect fit to replace our refrigerator in our RV. Only bad thing was it arrived damaged. Something punctured in through the side of the refrigerator. Box was damaged also.

Sadly, this mini fridge only lasted 4 months. We have it in an office bedroom, indoors, and on a wood floor. It worked fine for a while, but then suddenly lost temperature. Turning it off, leaving it for 5-15 minutes, then turning it back on, would cause it to start cooling again, but only for a few hours, then it drops temperature again. I called the company and was put through a lot of hoops, relaying serial numbers, unplugging, waiting and plugging it back in, but nothing worked. They told me to take photos of the serial numbers on the back of the fridge, and the original purchase receipt, and email it to them. I did that. They said they would review my case. Then they contacted me again and told me to take photos of the inside and outside of the fridge. I did that. Every email communication I received from customer service would refer to my refrigerator as a TV, and the instructions in the email was for a TV, and contradicted the instructions the customer service representative gave me over the phone. Then they finally contacted me to cut the cord and write "VOID' on the serial number sticker. The email to confirm this request for more photos again referred to a TV and instructed me to send a photo of "the issue", completely different from what the rep told me over the phone. The incompetence of this company is astounding. They finally said they will send a refund check after receiving the last photos of the cut cord and voided serial sticker, but they will not reimburse for the hundreds of dollars of food that went bad. I'm also now responsible for getting rid of this fridge myself, as this company will not assist or reimburse for properly disposing of it. I'm not holding my breath for that refund check, but we'll see. Needless to say, I will never buy a TCL product again and strongly advise others against doing so.

EXPECT A DENTED PRODUCT! The refrigerator works fine, priced right for its size, but as with so many other reviews, mine arrived with a dent in the front door (about palm sized) . From reading the reviews, I was prepared for this. The extra size made it worth it for me. I find it extremely doubtful that the refrigerator isn't a second/damaged stock, and should be cheaper than it is. It arrived well packaged, and I don't believe it was damaged in freight, but boxed up that way. If you don't mind a dented fridge it's worth it. Otherwise keep shopping.

I'm so sad and angry, it arrived damaged and I spoke to 3 advisors and they are useless, they just run away and don't solve anything, my money was stolen and Walmart doesn't solve anything, I really don't recommend buying here, I would tell you to try but this is the 2nd time this has happened, what bad service, I bought this new and it arrived damaged and damaged and there is no other solution than to take it back to the store and they are the ones with the problem

Product is perfect size and good quality. Shipping otherwise the worst. Fridge received it with big dents and lots of scratches … could no return it because muy husband need it for his truck and was going on a trip…. The 2 stars is for shipping. 5 starts on product quality and functionality.
