Best purchase I have made in a long time! I was so off and on with which portable AC I should buy? What was the best deal? Which would cool my 3 rd floor apt down because it's absolutely miserable without cool air…. And I nailed it!!!!

I needed to buy a portable AC after having my roof refinished and sealed. I couldn't use my wall unit due to the smell that lingered for days. This portable AC is amazing!! Very well built, including the accessories. The cooling capability is wonderful. It's worth the price!!

I had been skeptical of portable air conditioners. after reading the great reviews on this product I purchased one. The delivery was quick, the setup was easy, the unit has multiple features that I like. best of all it cools off my large 750 ft apartment. for those of you that are skeptical of portable AC units, get yourself one of these and you won't be happier.

This product has provided a big cool down and relief to my hot apartment. The app it has available has made it a lot easier to cool down my apartment while I'm on my last break at work. By the time I get home my apartment is nice and fresh.

We had to return it, as the window kit would not work with our relatively standard window. We were going to have to add something under the plastic insert, and largely tape up the cracks to make it airtight. Cannot comment on unit itself as we never turned it on.

worked good for a week. now it cools but the compressor is very loud ( hard thumping noise when turning on an off). Wouldn't recommend for bedroom use.

I have to place a fan in front of it in order for it to cool the room. Incase you are wondering, the room isn't even big at all. Have a full size bedroom set and everything tight. Takes about 5 hours for you to feel it on its own. Stuck with it now as I waited too long to return it.

The A/C works but rattles something awful. It's loud and makes it difficult to listen to music, watch TV or sleep.

The description states it is a heater as well as an a/C. However, I now need to utilise the heat mode and it does not have a heat mode. I would highly recommend you stop describing this product as an a/C and a heater, as it is not a heater. The main reason I bought this product was because of the heater. I now have to buy a seperate heater. Please don't buy this product if you think it has a heat mode, it doesn't.

I ordered this TWICE and they sent the wrong item TWICE. It was delivered but i had to return it in store myself. Not sure it's worth the chance to get the WRONG item more than once
