Love this TV and what an amazing deal I got on it!! Easy to use highley recommend, also I was worried we may need to purchase a small sound system to use with this TV as we put it on our basement family room, but wow no way the sound is amazing I often have to yell down to my boys to turn it down because it drowns out the tv and everything upstairs!! Also it is like you are in a theater when you are watching it in the family room!

Beautiful tv! But IMPORTANT INFORMATION RUKO DOES NOT REQUIRE YOU TO PAY TO TURN TV ON! Do not be fooled. As soon as I entered the code to start tv I received 2 phone calls and 2btext messages telling me to pay 49 or 69 dollars to turn the tv on. THIS IS A SCAM. THIS TV IS WORTH IT.

I purchased this TV for the bedroom for under $300. I don't believe you can get a better deal for the price. It had the best packaging for a large TV that I have seen. The set up was probably the most simple of any TV I have ever had. Roku and the roku phone app that allows you to listen with headphones are very easy to use. The UI is very intuitive. The remote is simple but effective. The quality of the screen is great for the price despite some black crush. I do have nicer TVs in the house but I don't have any issues using this one. No regrets! (only issue is Roku does not have HBO Max)

This is the fourth TLC tv I have purchased and they are a great value for the price. They are a relatively new company and I suspect they will go up in price soon. The picture quality is very nice, TV is very lightweight making wall mount a breeze. It is ROKU so you have all of the smart tv bells and whistles. Cheaper than anything I have found at the warehouse stores. One of these was purchased for my mom that likes the noise of the tv since she lives alone, she has had this television on continuously for about three years. No exaggeration, she has turned it off about four times.

Great price for a great TV. The only down side was the quality of the sound which is the problem with all big screen TVs. They have small speakers. I picked up the TCL ALTO 7.2 soundbar with subwoofer for $130 and now we are in great shape. A home theater for under $500.

I have bought a third one just to get the convenience of use, my older TVs could not get the variety of apps. I use one as a monitor in my home office (and/or tv), one at the cottage where I only have internet and now at home with internet and cable.

Overall great value for the price. Picture quality is good. Roku system provides a lot of handy features. Not bright enough for use in a well lit living room though, but cannot complain much at this price point.

Overall, this is a budget 4K TV with HDR capability and Roku built-in, and it works wonderfully. Being a budget TV, however, the audio leaves a bit to be desired. It is fine for watching general TV, but it loses quite a bit of depth even in "Theater" sound mode. The picture quality is superb for a budget TV, though in a side-by-side I am certain the non-budget TVs would have a higher quality. Isolated, however, the general populace would not notice a difference. Having the built-in Roku TV is significantly better than I expected. I upgraded from a similarly sized Vizio 1080p HDTV with the Vizio App Store, and the TCL Roku TV interface is far superior. The built-in app selection through the Roku TV interface are sufficient for just about anybody's watching preferences, but they are also significantly snappier in responsiveness. The Roku TV interface is also much better for swapping TV inputs, which is useful as I have a couple of other devices besides just Live TV. Setup and installation (can I even call it "installation" if there's no real hardware to setup?) was an absolute breeze. I had it sitting up on my TV stand in under an hour, with no tools. I do recommend having a second person just for the care of lifting the TV, but outside that you could set it up on your own without much help needed at all. For a budget 4K TV, you certainly can't complain for the value. Maximum value for the price is what you want at this price point.

Great value, easy to set up and operate. Color is a little dark during daylight viewing but fine in the evening. Sound also OK but would benefit from stronger speakers or adding outside speakers. Overall, however, very pleased especially for the price.

The TCL 55" was easy to handle and a breeze to setup. The colors are great, The price is very good compared to it's competitors. The only problems are the feet are spaced to wide for a normal tv table. The ROKU heats up if you watch more than 3 hours of 4K programming in a row.
