Still getting the hang of it so many things I do enjoy the picture and the ease to add my Apps. Sound is awesome. Delivery was also great and right on time
The tv it excellent and the quality of the picture too
It is the best Tv for under $300. The Qled is very good, but I bought it because, I needed to connect to an analog amplifier and I used the headphones out to do it. The audio is superb. I tried the Hisence 48" and the audio was terrible. The lows and highs were cut off. I am used to a Roku TV, but the Google Tv has so many more choices in fine tuning the Tv also a better picture. Fedex delivered it and did a good job , the box came in good shape.
i originally bought the tcl roku tv and when i got this one the screen quality blew me away! i can stand the cinema setting these new tvs are on where it looks like a soap opera is how i explain it but i changed it in my settings. i went from a rca 40 inch roku tv to 55 inch tcl google and its just a beauty!
This tv has a very clear and sharp picture that can be easily adjusted per the viewer's preferences. It was delivered to my doorstep and is light enough that I was able to remove it from the box and lift it onto my existing bracket by myself. Installation and operation instructions were simple and easy to understand. A great product at great price.
I ordered this TV and it was delivered with a broken screen. I contacted customer service and they arranged for a pickup and sent a replacement. It was broken as well. I asked for a refund and it took weeks and multiple contacts to get this resolved. Terrible experience!
Came cracked and also came with no accessories like remote/power cord/ and stands
Item arrived damaged and, for whatever reason, I cannot place an exchange- only a refund. For these reasons I was forced to leave a 1-star review.
Will never buy a tcl ever again! Their customer service is ridiculous! Warranty is a joke! From day one the tv was pixelated when there was fast action. Went through a fight with warranty and when they finally replaced it has the same issue. Now they say they don’t see the issue. No honesty and horrible product
This is the worst tv I’ve ever purchased. Hands down. Makes an echo/reverb sound during certain speaking parts and almost every musical scene. I’ve tried every single function humanly possible and I can’t fix it. The remote stopped working after two weeks, it won’t even SPEAK to my Firestick (which is what I use) which means I need two remotes for the tv at all times - it won’t allow the firestick remote to control anything on the tv. I wish I could return it, as I’ve had it for a full 30 days now. And it’s already mounted on my wall. But I’ve tried for hours working on this tv and it’s HORRIBLE. TCL/google TVs are the WORST. I should’ve looked around more first. Smh.
