Item arrived damaged and, for whatever reason, I cannot place an exchange- only a refund. For these reasons I was forced to leave a 1-star review.

Will never buy a tcl ever again! Their customer service is ridiculous! Warranty is a joke! From day one the tv was pixelated when there was fast action. Went through a fight with warranty and when they finally replaced it has the same issue. Now they say they don’t see the issue. No honesty and horrible product

There is light emitting about the black boarder. I'm very angry with Walmart because the only option for a refund is to physically return the tv (that they delivered to me in a broken condition) is to somehow fit it in my car and drive it to a store, which don't exist anywhere close to me. Do not purchase a tv from Walmart.

It is the best Tv for under $300. The Qled is very good, but I bought it because, I needed to connect to an analog amplifier and I used the headphones out to do it. The audio is superb. I tried the Hisence 48" and the audio was terrible. The lows and highs were cut off. I am used to a Roku TV, but the Google Tv has so many more choices in fine tuning the Tv also a better picture. Fedex delivered it and did a good job , the box came in good shape.

I ordered this TV and it was delivered with a broken screen. I contacted customer service and they arranged for a pickup and sent a replacement. It was broken as well. I asked for a refund and it took weeks and multiple contacts to get this resolved. Terrible experience!

I have only had the unit for 1 week. This far it works and looks great. For the money I paid, <$299, I feel it was a bargain. I have the 55” version. I love the interactive portly of Google. Prefer it to Fire Stick I was using on my previous tv that I had to replace. Can still plug in my Fire Stick if needed, but I am impressed with the integrated Google.

I am impressed with the overall picture quality and color images. This was purchased to be used in a shared office space in our home. The lighting normally dim and the image quality of this TV is bright and colorful. For the price I do not think there is a better buy! I spent way to much time looking at reviews on YouTube and other sites and am thankful I choose the TCL.

It was my fault. I wanted a TCL Roku TV and I didn't look closely enough when shopping. I had it installed before I realized this is a Google TV, not Roku. I have been confused ever since. I do not like the Google operating system. I then Installed a ROKU box, but I haven't gotten it to work yet. I'm very disappointed. But again, it was my own fault.

The tv has an excellent picture quality. Setup was easy. The only reason I gave three stars is because the software doesn’t support my cable service streaming.

As previously stated I had bought this same TV last year- Was very pleased with it. Wanted another one for another room in my house. Was able to find the TV in my history , reorder a new one in less than 5 minutes. The TV was delivered 2 days after I placed the order. Doesn't get any better than that
