I have purchased my share of window units. This one is, by far, the best one …..ever! You have to walk up to it to know it is running. No joke. It is exceptionally quiet. I am waiting to see how efficient it is regarding electricity but so far it looks to be good.

Walmart was the cheapest place I found to buy this air conditioner. The reason I bought this brand was because good housekeeping said it was a good air conditioner so far I've only had it in for a few days but it's very very quiet that keeps the room real cool so right now I'm satisfied with it And it also has a washable filter which I like that

This AC is incredibly quiet! Cooled down a living room and kitchen in no time. My son had me go outside to hear that even outside, standing right next to it, you can barely hear it. I have never had a quieter ac window unit before.

it was a little heavy but i got it installed in my window in about 30 minutes. its super quiet on full blast. i live in a little shotgun apartment and the cold airi made it to the middle room in short order. I'll probably get a floor fan to move the cool air into the back room when it gets hot. this was a very good purchase

Unit was a little challenging to install, some miner aggrivations , no condensation drain or option of a connector , then again maybe it is supposed to hold the water. Doesn't tilt as much as I wanted to have the slope it instructs. Other than the confusion and trying to install as I have other units it has worked great and allowed me to keep the remainder of the house warmer at night in the summer to save energy on the central HVAC, AND it seems great on energy too vs my other past units ( I should test it....maybe later). Really was happy with the price and how it keeps the bedroom just the right temp. we have a 12 x 16 ft bedroom and ensuite in the hot south and it's great. met our needs and saves energy for us, love it!! Packaging could improve a bit, it was dented a bit.

Gets cold fast and is very quiet. Drawing 300 watts at full load. Side panels leave much to be desired. Easy to set up, but leaves a lots of gaps at the unit and to the frame. They give you putty to fill it in, but I used white surgical tape. Still, should pay for itself in 2 seasons because of the efficiency.

Extremely quiet and very cold! I love the sides but they were hard for me to extend to lock in place. The top of outside AC was bent in a little bit and coils outside a bit but still works as should. Very happy with how comfortable my large bedroom is now.

arrived damaged.. condenser end damaged (dented)when removed from box... box looked like it was dropped

This air conditioner was supposed to be super quiet. It was super quiet for about two weeks and then it started making an ungodly noise just erratically in the middle of the day or night. It rattles and is very annoying. I am going to take it back

I ordered 2 units, 1 is defective. I bought them in the winter for this summer (5 months ago) Walmart is no help. The fan inside is defective, I troubleshot everything. The chat people and CS on the phone said they can't do anything passed 90 days and I should have tried it when it came, it was December winter!
