So I guess this TV has been working for about 3 weeks and it is great. Great Picture for so far just general use. This is our second TCL and we are pretty much sold! We have higher end 55 inch Samsung downstairs that is about 9 years old so I guess we will replace it with maybe and 85 inch TCL at least 6 series and maybe 8 series.
TV has a great picture and lots of options.
This is a very easy TV to set up and navigate. I was a little nervous about the picture quality but it's turned out to be great. Very happy with the purchase especially for the money.
This is the best tv. Easy to assemble legs and set up. It does take 2 people to lift because it is such a large screen. The picture is so clear and colors are vibrant. Even bought a TCL soundbar to go with it and very happy with both purchases.
I gave this TV to my sister as a Christmas gift. It delivers a decent picture at a great price. The size was important as she has a long living room and her eyes are getting bad. It had gotten to the point where she could read the text on her smaller TV. Now she can see everything fine.
Wasn't sure about this item, because I wasn't familiar with the brand name. I was at a friends house and they have the same tv in 55” the picture and the sound was surprising!! I purchased my tv the same day, got the 65” the picture is great, so is the sound and it's about $200 cheaper than other brands
The TV was easy enough to pull out of the box. In fact, the box is meant to be lifted off of the TV. I mounted mine on the wall so I did not need the feet. The bottom of the TV looks complete even with no feet installed. The speakers are loud enough to fill our large living room with good sound. Is it a home theater? No, but for stock speakers it has really good volume. We had an issue with the screen being especially dark while using some of the channels. After some searching online we learned how to adjust the HDR function and solved our problem. This TV has been so good that we purchased a 2nd one for the in-laws to replace their non-smart TV. I might end up getting a 3rd, smaller version for over the bathtub.
Great picture! I like the smart features. Hook up was easy. On screen prompts walk you through everything. Mounting the tv was pretty straight forward too.
This is (so far) a find TV product... however, I chose this particular TV because of the features (in particular, the 'interfaces') that were in the published specs. It was supposed to have 4 HDMI, 1 composite, 1 component, 1 antenna, 3 USB ports. In reality, it has 4 HDMI, 1 component, 1 antenna, and 1 USB port. The 4 HDMI were the most important, but I have some 'older equipment' that I was going to use on the composite, and the extra USB ports would come in handy. Not a 'deal breaker' for me, but definitely a 'disappointment'.
Screen was shattered upon arrival. Boxed it up and sent it back next day. Got message to day that the new one will be here July 5th. Just glad we have extra tvs in our home.
