The tv was delivered in the time frame promised. I was given updates and was able to track the delivery throughout. This was easier than dealing with Best Buy, which required us to schedule a delivery date with them with a 12 hour window on day of delivery. Then in the 2 days before delivery, the delivery driver would call to schedule a 4 hour window of delivery for the day of delivery. My experience with Best Buy was not good. I scheduled a delivery date with Best Buy and never received a call from the delivery driver and my tv was not delivered. I was contacted by Best Buy and had to reschedule, the earliest date was 3 weeks later. I rescheduled for that date. The same thing happened. I called and left messages with Best Buy and checked my Amazon account, which I had used to order the tv and found that they had refunded my money that day. Best Buy did not call me back. Walmart did not require any of this and delivered the tv when they said they would.

TCL 64S446
Great value. Immersive images with near three-dimensional rendering. True to life color with good contrast. Set up was fairly straightforward. However, plan on investing a little bit of time adjusting the picture settings to attain maximum quality. Sound is acceptable. About what anyone should legitimately expect, sans a soundbar. Assuming the device achieves a reasonable lifespan with no malfunctions, I feel comfortable highly recommending this product.

Pleasantly surprised at the quality and features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At this price range I was expecting the TV to be lower quality with limited features and inputs, but the picture is great and it is very simple to navigate and to use the streaming service. Great product and value for the price!
