TCL 75" Class 4K (2160p) Smart QLED TV (75R655)

Bought this on a great deal with Walmart and was disappointed to see a broken tv delivered by Walmarts low cost Pilot shipping. It took forever to arrive and during returns the only option is to get money back and there is no replacement option. Disappointed with this purchase from Walmart as their “top” deals for Walmart members.

The sad thing is I can't give you a detailed review, because the company that Walmart uses for shipping sucks. Walmart used Pilot shipping, a Maersk company, to ship my TV to me. The TV shipping address is in Washington State, they picked up the TV on Nov 30 and put it on a truck, the first destination was Indianapolis and that is when the tracking stopped. It was supposed to arrive on Dec 7th. That didn't happen, and the tracking is still stuck on in transit to Indianapolis. I finally got a hold of local employees, and first they told me, it was in Columbus, Ohio. Today I find out that it is sitting in a warehouse in Atlanta, Georgia, which is really stupid that it is in Georgia when it is supposed to be delivered to the West Coast and started in the Midwest. They are telling me now that they don't know when the TV is going to leave the Atlanta warehouse because they are backlogged. THIS HAS BEEN A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Walmart needs to use a better shipping company, because this one does a horrible job. I am afraid when I finally get it, it will be broken, since it has gone to a bunch of places it shouldn't have gone to.

Got this tv on Black Friday, got the broken tv. Only option is return and refund. Very disappointed. All the deals are gone now from other options! 😖 0 stars

Ordered this TV from a Black Friday/Cyber Monday deal. TV magically got lost in transit after saying it was delivered. Walmart will not extend this price to a comparable tv or honor the price if it comes back in stock. They tied up my money for weeks only to refund after all the black friday sales are over. Extremely frustrating

A shocking and horrible holiday shopping experience with Walmart, that I have never had with any other retailer claiming to be the worlds best retailer. Not only did I receive the shipment late, but shockingly it was a salvaged broken tv with mud and insects and a different model.

tl;dr: Terrible service from Wal-mart, misleading and saying it was shipped, "lost" in transit and Wal-mart %26 won't honor the price if it comes back in stock. More details: Like the other 1-star reviews, ordered this TV, got payment confirmation, shipping confirmation but TV NEVER came. Spoke with Pilot Air (freight in charge of delivery) and they picked up the shipping container from Wal-mart that was supposed to have this TV......but it wasn't included. Spoke with Wal-mart and they said that the item did get picked up from Pilot. If you look at the other 1-star reviews this is simply not a coincidence. Wal-mart simply misled consumers here and oversold this product. Get your stuff together Wal-mart, how many Black Friday shoppers are you gonna do this to?

If I could give zero star! Purchased a $800 TV stand for this, then the order delivery kept delayed. Called Pilot they only said would call me when they sorted out. Called Walmart said the shipment got lost and they could only issue a refund. What a joke. No compensation. Do not buy Walmart if they cannot fulfill the orders!

Like others i purchased this on Vyber Monday. Unfortunately the TV arrived broke. 2 main complaints. The first is there isn't an option for replacement. Just a refund. The second complaint us that the refund can take 3 weeks to get back to after I arranged pick up for the TV. Tying up my funds for a replacement elsewhere.

Horrible shipping service, very disappointing. Took 18 days for a domestic shipping. Called Walmart customer service many times, sometimes they sent me to call the maerks/pilot which most of the times they customer service don't answer the phone. After this nightmare the TV arrived and to finish with this movie, the driver refused to bring the TV to my door, my wife and some neighbors had to carried out the TV. The box came broken, attached pictures.

Received the TV broken. Box had several holes and dents. Holes were big enough to confirm TV was broken without even opening the package. Sucks taking this huge TV back to Walmart. I will pay extra to another retailer just so that I don't have to deal with this.
